Great use of space - large living room / dining room / kitchen - two bedrooms - extra office space. Amazing views as it’s an end unit. Great beds, extremely comfortable. Amazing coffee and a great coffee shop right next door. The individuals at front desk are extremely kind and helpful. It’s in a perfect location - so close to everything. And having a parking spot is such an amazing bonus.

The three of us really enjoyed our stay and the location was great for our needs. Easy to navigate and we had no issues with check-in, so the stay was lovely. We definitely suggest this rental and loved all the features!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and check out instructions. Quick to respond with any questions we had! The place was located in a good spot, close enough to downtown but easily accessible.

The only critiques I would give are things that are very fixable. The home was in need of a deep clean- mildew on shower curtain, and mildew inside of brita filter. There was also a distinct smell coming from the kitchen sink- almost like sewer gas, which needs to be addressed. The only other critique would be seeing if there was a possibility to make the TV more user friendly. We were hoping to relax inside one evening and watch TV, but it wanted us to create a Roku account and save a card on file.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the easy process and responsiveness of the host.

The location was convenient and the space was clean, modern, and comfortably fit four adults. We appreciated having a shared area to relax. However, the unit is directly next to a busy street, and the traffic noise—especially from cars and motorcycles—was constant, even late at night. Since there was no air conditioning and only one small fan, we had to keep the windows open to cool the space, which made the noise even more disruptive and made it very hard to sleep. The outdoor stairway lighting also didn’t work, which felt unsafe at night. Lastly, the hosts’ response time was slower than expected, and one message went unanswered. Overall, a nice space, but the noise and safety concerns were significant.

Beautiful mountain home! Lots of space in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kids loved the movie room. The sound of the babbling brook from the hot tub on the balcony was perfect!

Beautiful and spacious apartment located in a quiet neighborhood with some shops and restaurants. From the balcony, there is a view of the Denver downtown skyline.

This condo is modern minimal but still well equipped. Exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The area is great. We used a Lyft to get around town and there was always one available within 3 minutes. The building felt safe for myself (female) and my daughter, even at night. And the resturant in the building- so good! 5 star stay!

House was nice and spacious, clean and lots of fun for birthdays/girls trips. Overall great stay would come again

a long awaited return to my college town was the reason for our visit. from the minute we checked in we loved this home. incredible views, easy to find, well equipped kitchen, all things we were looking for. we were 2 couples and we each had our own full living area with views forever. I spend my first night in the spacious tub staring out at the Evergreens and blue sky's. full dining room was used every night. and to top it all off we had a hail storm the last night, very exciting for us folks from Hawaii. we are planning our next visit to this spacious homey home.

Alex's stay is pretty nice! Great location -- very close to the lake. Interior appliances maybe old but still function well. The only downside is there's no washer or dryer in the unit.

We loved our time on 33rd. So easy to walk to great restaurants and easy to get downtown. They really thought of everything and were super responsive when we had questions! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful townhouse with a great side yard and plenty of space! Well appointed with everything we needed. We loved all of the balconies!
