This house is right in the middle of a perfect location. So many amazing restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The house was amazing and slept our whole group comfortably. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was an added plus

A/C is not there and its unbearable in summer.

John and Kimberly's place was great. We loved the sound of the river right outside, beautiful views and easy access to Idaho Springs. If we were to stay in Idaho Springs again, we'd enjoy staying in their home again.

Clean, easy to find, good location. We would come back again!

Positive:
Location, location, location. Was so easy to get around to all parts of Denver. Nice
Amenities, very friendly front desk. Everything we needed was available. Full kitchen, full laundry, study, 2 bedrooms. Open floor kitchen living room. Just a lovely property.

Negative:
This isn’t even a complaint, would love to see the steam room updated a bit. It works fine no problem, just aesthetically is a little dated look. But that’s it, it worked fine and gave a hot steam.

Great space in a very hip neighborhood close to downtown.

The place is nice and comfortably slept 9 of us and has a nice rooftop. The place is equipped with a noise monitoring system that will alert the owner if your noise levels go above a certain level. The place is listed to sleep 12 people. Expecting the place to be that quiet when 12 people could be there is a bit unreasonable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place was super clean and just the right size for 4 people. Next time we come to Denver we will definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the property. It exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided for. We couldn’t have asked for more. We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown places. What a beautiful city!

My family of 4 stayed for a week and felt right at home. Plenty of space and a wonderful fenced yard to relax in. Very close to downtown Denver, with plenty to do. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for a softball tournament and had a great experience. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. It was the perfect home base for a busy week. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the Colorado Sparkler Softball Tournament and couldn’t have picked a better spot! Every field we played on was within 15 minutes or less, which made getting around super convenient.Arvada is a charming and peaceful town—just outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to everything you need. We loved the abundance of parks, walking trails, and the nearby splash pad, which was perfect for downtime between games.One of the highlights was being able to walk to a nearby park to watch the July 4th fireworks—such a fun and memorable experience!We also really enjoyed exploring Olde Town Arvada. It’s full of great restaurants, local shops, and has such a welcoming vibe.The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing—just what we needed after long days at the ballfields. We’d absolutely stay here again!
