We had a lovely stay here. Location is great, with easy access to a grocery store and a cute, walkable neighborhood

LoHi was an incredible place to be this Fourth of July! There wasn’t a single location that required a car to visit in the area. The house was just the right location to get the full Denver experience.

The house is modern and beautiful, it’s 20 minutes from Breckenridge and sits at 11,200 feet, it took some of us a couple of days to adjust to the altitude of the house even though we live in Denver. Drink plenty of water. The views are amazing, We saw moose almost every day while we were in the hot tub. There’s plenty of trails from the neighborhood that we did. Great house, we were traveling with toddlers and our only issue was the stairs and not having a baby gate other than that the house was perfect if you don’t mind driving 20 minutes to town.

The Zuni Loft is absolutely beautiful. It accommodated the five of us. We were extremely comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful clean apartment- great views- the most spectacular sunrises that wasn’t on a beach - safe neighborhood- walkable. I’d stay again and recommend it for friends.

Such a perfect way to experience Denver. Very quaint neighborhood with lot's of dining options. We went on July 4th weekend, the Denver sky line was filled with fireworks. Our favorite was watching a massive fireworks show from bed.
It's a very low maintanance and clean apartment. It's more of a normal lifestyle vs a hotel stay. Would def. recommend this versus staying at a hotel.

Beautiful, clean place, centrally-located

The condo was great for my family of 4. The pictures are an exact match to the actual rental. Everything was clean and in its place. The full bathroom and closet/laundry room was massive. The balcony was relaxing and provided a beautiful view of the city. My only complaint was the availability for parking. Street parking is the only option (as mentioned in the listing). Availability was wide open early morning through the day. However, late evening was sparse. One night, we had to park several blocks away in a paid parking lot which we found through the app “SpotHero”. Small downside to an otherwise amazing stay. Would certainly recommend Zuni Loft’s if in the Denver Metro area.

Great larger condo. Very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was a short uber ride to Coors Field for a game and an easy drive anywhere else downtown. I rented a mid size SUV that was easy to park in the garage but someone else had a suburban that was a little larger and hard to park so just a warning if you do bring a car, the garage is tighter.

Me and my girlfriends enjoyed our stay in this cozy home!! Everything was super clean and was a convenient 10 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely accommodating stay! They were super responsive and always checked in to make sure we were having the best experience. Home was very updated and was a perfect location for folks trying to check out downtown. Check out was extra seamless, we didn’t have to do much at all as they took care of everything. Would stay again!!
Ps would just mention that the single chairs are pullout sleepers, not twin mattresses.

Couldn’t have been any better. Just a nice, homey, comfortable place to come home to after a long day.

The area feels safe and the people are friendly. Walk/scooter distance to things like coffee shops, convenience stores, and bars/restaurants. Driving distance to grocery stores and whatever else you might need.

Truly lives up to the name “Effortless Stay” because there were no hiccups at all.

We appreciated the quiet neighbors and the responsiveness of host. The condo is nicely remodeled. Kitchen had basic spices and olive oil and overall was well stocked. The dryer was inefficient but clothes dried relatively quickly when hung up. The downstairs bedroom does get a little stuffy since there isn’t central air conditioning. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained. Overall good stay.

House wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. Hosts offered refund, but it was still an inconvenience and ended up in a hotel at last minute pricing

Great house especially for big groups! Excellent location and beautiful views. Close to beautiful hiking trails . Hosts extremely responsive and readily available. Would definitely return.

Great spot in the heart of RiNo! Highly recommend

Paid up for a premium spot in downtown Steamboat for the 4th of July and it was well worth it. We walked to the parade, the rodeo and the Farmers Market. Could have walked to Old Town Hot Springs, too (with a toddler, we drove). Awesome place.

Zuni lofts was amazing! Also super easy to get downtown
