Effortless Stay Reviews

Great location and comfortable beds, and the balcony is great for hanging out on during warmer weather. We'll definitely be back next time!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean and spacious place. Clear instruction and responsive host.

I booked this location due to proximity to Downtown and Coors Field. It was all within minutes, along with local grocery store and restaurants within walkable distance. The house was just as described and we had plenty of room for the four of us.

Me and three friends rented this to go to Redrocks and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The host was great, we will definitely be returning and highly recommend them.

Great Place

Great modern condo is nice location. Highly recommended.

Very clean and nice stay

We had a great stay at John and Kimberly’s house. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean and in a quaint, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay there again!

John & Kimberly were great! Their home was exactly what was listed and our stay was extremely enjoyable. Thank you!

Positive:
Loved the hot tub and how it was really clean and it was a really comfortable environment and it had all the things you needed if you wanted to play some cards or board games etc.

Negative:
Just the construction across the street and the dust during work hours but other than that nothing wrong with the house !

The house was perfect for our group and in an unbeatable location. The historic features added so much charm, and it was a great home base for a 40th birthday trip during Pride weekend. The backyard was a bit overgrown, and the deck furniture shown in the photos wasn’t there, which made the outdoor space less usable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the character of the home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Stunning Stay – A True Gem!

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The views were absolutely breathtaking—panoramic scenes that stretched across the landscape, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine on the balcony.

The amenities were top-notch and thoughtfully curated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. We especially loved the hot tub and the outdoor seating area—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness. Every room was spotless, linens were fresh, and the entire space felt well-maintained and cared for. It’s clear that John and Kimberly take great pride in providing a welcoming and pristine environment.

This stay was a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it!

Professionally managed, everything was as expected and it was perfect for what we needed. Would stay again as long as it’s cheaper than the nearby hotels.

Upon checking in, I immediately noticed items left behind in the main bedroom, including a couple of pairs of men’s boxers, trash, dead insects on the floor, and even an empty egg carton—in the bedroom. This prompted me to inspect the rest of the unit, where I found the living room carpet filthy, covered in crumbs and what looked like pet hair.

I was moved to a different unit for one night and was told I’d return to the original unit after it had been cleaned. However, the issues continued: the couch was heavily stained, and the bedroom pillows were very uncomfortable.

The only positive was the location.

Cozy place to stay, with responsive and welcoming hosts, a comfortable bed and a pretty nice kitchen, considering the space. Had all the amenities advertised, including a great laundry set-up.

Great stay! John and Kimberly’s property was exactly what was portrayed in the photos. Hosts were responsive and flexible with check-in times, and home overall was perfect for our trip. Thanks!

John and Kimberly's place was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. I was obsessed with the interior decorating. The condo was very inviting, clean, tidy, and spacious. I felt as if I was in my own home with everything that was provided in the condo. It's a new area that is very safe. The neighbors were friendly as well! I appreciated John and Kimberly's speed of response before and during our stay. Would highly recommend staying at their lovely condo.

Very clean place. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to a beautiful park

We absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful place right in the heart of Denver.

John and Kimberly’s place was great for our needs! They were very responsive as well. Would stay here again!
