Great stay

Gorgeous location! Beautiful home.

Had our first huge cousin hangout at this beautiful home and it did not disappoint!!! We all enjoyed our stay and having a TV monitor outside in the patio was one of the best highlights for us as we tanned and swimmed while watching Love island and making burgers on the grill! We also spent a lot of time at the kitchen and the living room and it was so spacious for us to cook and hangout and play games for the 10 of us. Overall would love to be hosted by them again!!

It was just as the pictures depicted. I was able to make it my home away from home. Check-in was easy and efficient. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

We had a great stay at Paul’s place — it was clean, convenient, and in an awesome location with tons of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Paul was great to work with and the check-in process was smooth.

The only downside (which I don’t believe was Paul’s fault) was the thermostat issue. It was quite warm in the unit, and unfortunately, the property management company never returned our call or resolved the issue during our stay. Still, overall, the place itself was lovely and we’d recommend it — just hope the thermostat gets sorted out for future guests!

Amazing stay at Brandon & Jean's apartment. Everything was clean and organized. Hosts were very responsive and proactive. Very nice area. I wil stay here again.

Would 100% recommend this stay. Super nice place, very clean, just as described and great location central to everything. Complex is right on the blue river. John and Kimberley were always communicative, easy check in. We loved our stay

Great place

We were a group of 3 couples in Denver for a concert at Red Rocks. We had a great time at this property! The kitchen was more than fully stocked and we appreciated all of the glassware, utensils, and any kitchen gadget one could think of. The place has great decor with lots of color and sass, so fun. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the small balcony off of the main living area. All in all, this was a great place to stay - restaurants within walking distance and a quick uber ride or walk into downtown Denver. We'd definitely stay here again!

Big condo in great location. Enjoyed the walkability for our short stay. Would def be great for two couples. Our challenge was figuring out parking/unloading. the bldg entrance is on a busy street with retail shops and no dedicated loading zone. There was no place to park in front of building and we had a lot of luggage.
The Condo Parking spot is actually in a separate bldg behind this unit (we hauled stuff upstairs only to realize, we weren’t in the right bldg)
After parking, you must exit garage, cross the outside alley, and enter building A under their car port. Using a Code to enter, go through retail corridors, then use another code to access elevator. It’s not hard without luggage, but a pain with stuff and steering cart through corridors.
It’s unfortunate there’s not a dedicated (un)loading zone for the building- Hopefully, you’ll get lucky, and snag an empty space that’s close.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again now that we understand how to navigate.

We always stay in this building, but this was our first time in this unit. The only complaint is that when the air conditioning comes on, it is very loud and aggressive, which makes you jump every time. Seems like something needs to be fixed, but other than that, great stay!

Good location, walkable area close to mile high stadium and restaurants. The loft itself was cozy, the only downside is you hear the neighbors above you and the traffic is loud outside the room.

Went to mile high to see a concert. While people who drove to the concert were in traffic for hours, our 10 minute walk made it all worth it. If you are going to a event at the stadium rent this place.

Location was our favorite part! It was close to Zoo, aquarium, and Coors Field!

However, parking was limited and was a little stressful. Street parking fills up fast so we constantly had to check when people left on the street to see if we could move our car closer to building. The “parking garage” is very small and only 2 places available where only compact cars could fit.
The apartment itself was decently clean but dark, long, hair left behind on white bedding. The rugs were all dirty and stained and should be replaced. The floors were not cleaned well. Very dirty,
Our socks were black.

We knew when booking it was very close to interstate so noise would be present but you are unable to enjoy patio as noise is VERY loud. Cannot hear inside building, thankfully. Also, patio door does not lock.

The host was very good at communication and answered all my questions in a promptly manner! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
