We loved this location. It was easy to get around the city and easy to get away. Walk a couple of blocks and you feel like your in the suburbs or a few blocks and your at Union station. The rooms were very clean comfortable and safe. We would highly recommend it.

Very clean and beautiful condo. Parking was a little difficult because we had 2 cars. You have to park on the street. Other than that 5/5 rating. Nice view of downtown from the balcony.

Amazing house, amazing views and so many beds for our big group. We had such a great time and the memories will last forever.

Great location and outdoor patio.

Negative:
There was a lot of deferred maintenance. The window crank did not operate properly. The carpet was very dirty with a large stain. I had walked around on the carpet with white socks that turned black due to the dirt.

The condo above us had very noise tenants with children jumping up and down on our ceiling (their floor)and we could hear the constant noise. We talked to the tenants directly and asked them to please lower the noise level, but they said their children were very active and they could not help it. We then called our property manager to let them know this was a problem. They told us that since they did not manage that property they could not do much. They did say they would try to contact the HOA, but ultimately the noise continued.

The host/manager could have offered a discount for our inconvenience but they chose not to.

Outside of the front door looked like it had not been swept in weeks. Very dirty.

I’ve the last year I’ve stayed here maybe 5 or 6 times. I keep coming back for a reason! Quick response from the host when you need them, easiest check in on the planet, and of course, the beautiful space. Whether you’re on a weekend getaway with a date or a staycation with family from out of town I will always choose Zuni lofts for my downtown stay.

A classy place you stay and John was very responsive. As mentioned in the property information the place is ideally situated in downtown Denver, which means you're close to alot of Denver attractions. it's also mentioned that unfortunately in-property parking is unavailable but public parking is. We didn't find this to be an issue, as there is loading/unloading parking available and it's not a problem to walk half a block and grab the car to load up etc. This is as was pointed out downtown Denver so you may meet some colorful and interesting new friends on the street. :-) All in all the house is very impressive with lots of room to stretch out in. I highly recommend as a great value.

the coziness of the condo, the hot tub views and so many things to do that are so close we’d never stay anywhere else!

The place a large and clean! Loved the large living space and kitchen. John and Kimberly were very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in & check-out. Location is near downtown and RiNo district, perfect for going to awesome restaurants and bars.

The place is older and the stairs & floor creak a bit. Adds to the charm if you ask me!

My wife, three of our kids, and I had the *best* time at John and Kimberly's. Was a fantastic location for traveling to so many great things in the area AND for enjoying beautiful Westminster. We had tons of space, the place was so clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the books throughout the house. Would definitely stay again and hope to soon!

Planned a small weekend getaway for my girlfriend’s birthday and had an amazing time. The house was extremely spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect weekend. The pool was a welcome sight in the hot Indio heat and was very clean and refreshing. There is a noise ordinance so we weren’t allowed to play music outside but other than that, it was a great place to relax. Would definitely stay again maybe in the spring and use the hot tub!

Plenty of room for our party of 6 and equipped great to be able to work from home and cook.We came for Red Rocks, the commute was reasonable.

I had a terrible experience during my recent trip to Denver with my family. I booked a place just two hours before our arrival, and upon getting there, I was shocked by the dangerous environment. There were masked individuals and a lot of suspicious activity, making me feel unsafe. I immediately tried to cancel the reservation, but the host insisted that I pay the full amount. When I contacted Airbnb for assistance, they informed me that they couldn't help me in this situation. I even offered to accept a partial refund, but the host flatly refused. As a result, I was forced to pay the entire amount for a property I never used. I will never use Airbnb again; their lack of integrity is unacceptable.

What an AMAZING place!! Easy to find, hosts were super responsive, the house had just the best views and was very clean and super cozy! Beds were super comfortable and geez did I mention the deck views? Great food close by in Evergreen and RedRocks only 20min away. We seen an incredible amount of wildlife, coffee every morning out on the deck, enjoyed the hot tub, Paddle boarding in Evergreen, Horseback riding in Conifer and a show at the Red Rocks! We really had a wonderful stay, wish we could have stayed longer but cannot wait to come back!

Great Location! Walkable to lake and football stadium. Many restaurants within a 5-15 mim walk.

This property is stunning. It was truly a privilege to be a guest in such a beautiful and perfect home.

Enjoyed our stay here right beside the lovely river. We liked the location and the house was nice and clean. A beautiful stay in Silverthorne!
