This place was unquestionably, exceptionally phenomenal! The space, the location, the cleanliness, and the access was 5-star. I highly recommend to anyone coming to the Denver area and needing to stay near the stadium or that side of town to choose this Airbnb. You will not regret it. I plan to stay there if available on my next visit to Denver. Sometimes the Airbnb is great, but the neighborhood is not. That is not the case here! Wife felt safe enough to do some walking in the area alone late in the afternoon. Again, don't bypass this. It is worth the cost. It comes with a private garage area. We did not have to park on the street. Stop searching and book this one, now! You will not be disappointed! Enjoy

We enjoyed our time at John and Kimberly's place. We communicated well ahead of time and while wrapping up our stay. The layout of the condo was perfect for two couples to share and still have privacy and space. The addition of an office space was perfect when we had to get a little work done while on vacation. The location was very central and made it easy to walk to and front local restaurants and attractions. The attendants at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We had a great time!

Our stay was great! The house is well kept and the amenities are top-notch. We used every indoor and outdoor space, except the formal dining room, because we always ate outside on the middle deck! The beds and linens are comfortable. The washer and dryer work well. Communication is seamless.

Awesome place super easy

We had a great stay at this place. It was just how it looked liked in the pictures. Plenty of cookware was available for use, and very clean. The laundry room was a plus for us. Watch out for the beautiful sunrises that you’re able to see from the balcony. The only thing I would say is that being from out of the state, the parking could be a bit confusing due to the street signs and the amount of people also looking for parking. We would rebook again when staying in Denver!
