John's home is in a great location highly accessible to the town of Fraser. The space was extremely comforting, inviting and immaculate. Their communication to us was always instant and warm. Would highly recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

It was accurately described the photos do it justice and the location was very central. We had a minor gas leek and John communicated with us quickly to resolve the issue while we were out and about. We enjoyed the roof top hot tub and the restaurants within a short walk. I would not suggest this for more than 4 people, the rooms are small and as mentioned the garage is tight with only for one vehicle and a large SUV would not fit. If I was there for skiing the flights of stairs would get old very fast. All that said It was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had the best time! This was by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen has literally everything you need. They had so many pool towels nicely left for us to use. The backyard / pool was great as well! Loved how private and shaded it was. We would definitely book again!

The location was near Main St

Negative:
Filthy kitchen with dirty dishes with food debris and silverware with hardened food on it. You can tell that dishes were never rinsed and silverware had hardened crusts of food-never washed!

We did need not feel safe preparing food in kitchen. We had to scrub down countertops and clean our own dishes.

The rugs, throws, and sofa were smelly and dirty-
Overall this place gave us the ICK feeling.

The pics on the booking.com site did not match our experience. For example, the balcony had rotten wooden chairs with splintering wood. It was impossible and unsafe to sit in chairs and use the balcony..

I immediately contacted the property manager about these issues but they were not helpful and dismissive.

The place was amazing! The area was clean and peaceful. There was lots of space for me and my two friends. We were only about 20ish minutes from downtown Denver. I would definitely stay here again. You won't be disappointed.

The condo was vary comfortable and well equipped, as described. Easy check in / check out. Convenient location. We would stay again!

Perfect location-near the airport. Great quiet neighborhood for walks. A few issues that took longer than expected to resolve (active bee and hornets nests out back-3 days to resolve), kitchen sink leak and wet carpet in basement due to window leak). Beds were comfortable, space was ample to create many beautiful memories with the family.

This house was amazing! Beautiful surroundings! The inside was nicely done. Great directions inside home and by John!

John was a great host, very responsive and checked in with us.

Amazing house

John’s listed Home was phenomenal. It was very spacious, with many spacious rooms and bathrooms that are accommodated my big group. The backyard was perfect size and perfect pool. If we had any questions, John responded quickly. We felt right at home.

Loved this condo! Great location, very clean, and host was great with communication.

Couldn't have picked a better house for our family of four (had 2 toddlers)! It was exactly as described. The hot tub and stream of water behind the house makes this location peaceful. It is close enough to town but still away from the middle of town. The living space and kitchen are fantastic for meals and gatherings! Will rebook again when we return to the area.

John was super responsive when we needed him. The place was beautiful and right in the middle of all the things we did.

Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens, loved the middle floor being no bedrooms so you didn't wake up others when you get up early to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck. We saw deer, chipmunks and there is a bird feeder so I bought bird seed to enjoy all the beautiful birds eating.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette trip as we were coming to see a concert at Red Rocks! The location is very close to downtown but also far enough away to be very quiet at night! The place was very well decorated and it was perfect for us 3 to each have our own rooms! The hosts were phenomenal with communication and answered any questions very quickly! Check in/out was easy and they were proactive in sending a reminder of what to do to check out! Especially loved the music decor throughout the home (I’m a huge music fan) and the balcony upstairs was so peaceful in the morning! Would definitely recommend!!
