The place is amazing. Spacious and comfy bed. Beautiful decor

This place was solid, clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. It’s about a 15‑minute drive from Coors Field, close enough to easily catch a Rockies game but away from the downtown hassle. The kitchen was good and had the essentials to get by. Beds were comfortable, check‑in was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.We also hit up the Titanic Road Show, Red Rocks, and the Denver Zoo, everything was conveniently close by car. Great spot for exploring Denver. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect

Prior to check in, I messaged several days earlier asking if we can check in sooner. I was told there is a possibility but I’d have to ask the day of. While I did eventually do that, I was never given a direct answer, yet met with the automated or standard response for check in. Upon arrival from the garage I noticed the flooring has some gaps and separation. It seemed like the AC was just turned on as we were only staying 1 night and it was very hot in the home. Going upstairs was even worse and it didn’t cool fast enough to be able to sleep comfortably at night. The provided fans were helpful but still not enough. The shower curtain of the guest bathroom had a brown or red stain as well. While it’s stated responses are made within 30 minutes, I once again asked if we can checkout at 12pm rather than 11am well before checkout time, but I never got a response until after the fact. All in all, the area was great but for $800+ a night I’d probably consider a hotel or different Airbnb.

From the start, we were thrilled. One of the best places we have stayed. We had everything we needed. The artsy neighborhood is eclectic, fun, and the people are proud of their community. Denver is a diverse city with so much to offer; this is an oasis for a wonderful experience. You are dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. Denver is dog-friendly! We had views of the Rocky Mountains and downtown Denver. Besides DU graduation festivities, we hiked a lot and explored the small towns near Denver. Our son lives and works in Denver, so we hope to visit again.

We loved this little hideaway. It was a very quiet neighborhood and very close to Dillon reservoir. Lots of hiking and fishing very close. Kitchen was amazing! We didn’t use the upstairs master due to kids but it was HUGE! The basement was nice and cool on some pretty hot days. Our group enjoyed being able to get together and gather in all areas.

Absolutely beautiful home and surroundings!

For two people who wanted two rooms near the convention center it was perfect.

This loft was a excellent during our stay in Denver. Has a beautiful view from the patio.
Location was a huge plus! With quick highway access and plenty to do within a 10-15 min drive.

My best friend and I booked a same-day / cross-country trip to Denver for a little 4-day getaway.

Walked into the place and felt right at home! Had everything we needed for our stay. It’s adjacent to the highway for quick access. We are planning our next trip on the availability of this unit specifically. That’s how amazing and spacious it was!

Nice condo setup. Just the right size for two couples. Having two full bathrooms was a key consideration for our stay. Condo was well stocked with everything you would need. We would recommend.
