Effortless Stay Reviews

Wish we could have stayed longer, but we loved the location and appreciated all of the cute details in the clubhouse. Blackout shades were PERFECT!

Excellent location! 10 minutes from Red Rocks and 5 min from downtown Golden. Plus there is grocery store within walking distance. Golden is a hidden gem. Host was super responsive. The carpet in the downstairs bedroom could use a deep clean/replacing. But everything else was perfect. Don’t let the carpet hold you back from booking. The linens and beds were amazing and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics you need. If I am coming back to Denver area, I am staying here!

Nice, contemporary house with convenient layout. Balconies and rooftop provide outdoor exposure. Having bed and bath facilities on two floors is great for multiple people. Location is also good, with easy walking to Sloan Lake and numerous restaurants.

Honestly, we feel that we have been spoiled for any other Air B and B that we will stay in! Family of 6- had the best visit ever. Reviews said that kitchen was stocked- it was amazingly stocked. We cook and usually have to buy a few things that we wind up leaving. We did not have to. There was plenty of room for all of us. (58,57, 31, 28, 12, and 9) We saw a fox daily and an elk twice in the yard. Hanging out on the deck to read and have happy hour or coffee in the morning was the best. The location was right in the middle of everything we did- hiking, fishing, shopping and exploring. You will not regret staying here!

Great stay. They made it easy !

Positive:
Great location. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment

It was a great place to relax after a day of adventuring. I wish we had more days there to enjoy the space and cook a meal. The location is easily accessible and served as a great location to go to the downtown area and surrounding sights. The balcony was beautiful and it was quiet. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again! 💛

We would definitely stay here again, the location is perfect, the apartment had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay

Great space for a family or group

Great place, great location (walkable to restaurants and coffee shop). Really quiet neighborhood. The loft was perfect, clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed is SO comfortable, accessing the building was always convenient and easy. Would recommend with my eyes closed! And would definitely book this again in the near future.

This spot was killer it has everything you need, 100% recommend

We had a very nice time in Colorado. This house is very close to Red Rocks and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our 4 couples.

Very spacious and peaceful location. Great communication throughout our stay by host. We are definitely booking this spot again!
