Lovely decor, super clean, comfy beds and sheets, brand new kitchen, convenient location for freeway and Wash Park.

Stay was great, had some trouble with the code because they gave us the wrong door code but other than that was clean and a beautiful yard and home

John and Kimberley were great hosts and responded in a timely manner when needed. The area was very quiet, beautiful add not too far from Denver. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely would consider coming here again!

Beautiful, modern, and clean space. Recommend to anyone in town for an event at the stadium. Quick ride to downtown too. Appreciated the sound machine that was provided to help with the noise from the interstate.

The home was very spacious. There were some issues that need addressing. The master bedroom window did not open and the tv in that room did not work. Both ovens were filthy and the upper oven light is out. There was only one soup spoon and all the knives were dull. There were only 7 wine glasses. The baseboards need to be dusted. Over all we enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet street, with awesome access to ocean beaches and snorkeling! Great sunsets and views of both Mona Kea and Mona Laura. Well stocked with beach and snorkel accessories. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Property is exactly as depicted in the photos and listing description. Pre-arrival instructions were detailed and very clear, excellent communication from owner/management - including very responsive (less than two mins) to our having trouble with the lock on the first time. Everything in the property worked great and worked very well for our family of four. Location was good, 10-15 mins from most main Boulder sites with a grocery and several restaurants within 2-3 min drive.We would definitely stay here again.

All I can say is "Wow." The property is absolutely breathtaking. I never new how much I REALLY REALLY wanted an outdoor shower. It is now on my need list. We will be returning to this property.

Very comfortable stay! Plenty of room for our party of six. The neighborhood is is nice and quiet and had zero safety concerns. It was a perfect location as it was a 15-20 minute drive fromeverywhere we went. Beds were comfortable. One suggestion would be room darkening shades for the upstairs bedrooms-all the rooms were very bright at 515am. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and would stay again!

Waking to the amazing view was a joy! The beds were very comfortable and the home had everything you could ask.

The WiFi did not work from the time we entered the home and we did not have hot water. We were told to check the water heater in the basement, and when we did, there was about 3 inches of water covering the entire floor. They brought maintenance in, kicked us out, and told us to find a new place, and only offered HALF of a refund despite two MAJOR amenities not being offered for the entire stay. When we asked nicely to be refunded the full amount because we now had to pay an arm and a leg for a new place on short notice, we were promptly told too bad and to figure it out. Terrible way of doing business and just downright selfish. Would not recommend.

Both the house and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The home is filled with natural light and comfortably furnished and the garden space is serene. We used the outside table for meals every day. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with new appliances, cooking utensils, and lovely plates. They have a nice blender and electric tea kettle as well. Plenty of towels and linens. The home is as pictured except that the garden is more beautiful than the photos – very relaxing. The neighborhood is perfect. Quiet tree lined streets and lovely restaurants nearby. There is a fantastic grocery store just a couple blocks away. Brandon and Jean were very responsive and made the stay smooth and easy. Would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Zuni loft’s! Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops!
