We loved that it was walkable to Mile High stadium for a concert. Seven of us went and it was so great to be able to hang out. Awesome outdoor deck! The beds were excellent, the linens were truly luxurious. The restaurants right in the area were fantastic. Really, could not have been more pleased with everything about it! Top notch!

Great host , always replied back in a timely manner and gave clear instructions. Cute place.

Great place to stay for access to Mile High!

Great location just south of Breck so you’re removed from town but can get there in under 10 minutes.

So easy to communicate with John& Kimberly. House was just as shown. Only note I would bring attention to that we missed was - the master bedroom closet is not available for use.

Nice view and attractive furnishings. Very nice kitchen; attractive and well stocked. Some privacy issues: one bedroom had no door, the master bathroom has only a curtain for a door and the toilet area also had no door. One bathroom was without a towel bar, toilet paper holder, or hooks so towels have to be carried in and out.

I really enjoyed our stay. Stay was very comfortable — local amenities include a brewery across the street Zuni St, located in LoHi which is an up and coming area. This is not walking distance to the local sites but that didn’t impact us since we came with a car. I was happily surprised by the Le Labo shampoo and conditioner. The place was pristine and had everything needed including detergent which was nice. Parking for us in June was street parking and plentiful. The fact that there was a building code made me feel safe, but generally the area does feel safe even as a single woman walking around.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Denver! Super central to everything you need. Walkable to amazing restaurants and the downtown area. The place was spotless and stocked with everything you need. Super comfortable bed with amazing balcony and views. Will be staying here again if we’re in the area!

This was my second visit to Denver, and although both trips were brief, this stay stood out. The location is convenient, and the decor is both stylish and inviting. The accommodations were comfortable, with plenty of space—perfect for a small gathering. The deck was a highlight, especially for enjoying those warm summer evenings. If I find myself back in Denver, this spot will definitely be at the top of my list.

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

The property was in a fabulous location close to other family members at the resorts. Beautiful “lived in” home that was welcoming and comfortable without feeling like a manicured resort. Family friendly pool for the keikis, just enough for the little ones to get wet or for the adults to cool off in the evening. Great views of the mountains after being on the beach all day. Thanking you for hosting my family.

This place is gorgeous on the inside with beautiful views all around. Would definitely book again!

The garage had trash and Motor oil left in it. We took care of that issue. The dishes were dirty had to clean before using. The strangest thing was the Spa Man came once unannounced and believe he came in and realize where were people there and left and then waited for my wife to leave as he was sitting in the parking lot waiting, then came in after she left to serve Spa with no information relayed to us.
