This home was a jaw dropping experience walking through it the first time. Highly recommend! John and Kimberly were great hosts, answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Stayed here for a quick trip to see a venue at Red Rocks and enjoyed resting back at Zuni Lofts. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful and everything you could need is in walking distance or just hop on a scooter and in 10 min you’re downtown!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this location again.

Fantastic location — very walkable and close to everything in LoHi. It was super convenient to get around without needing a car. There’s a brewery and a coffee shop literally across the street.

Easy check-in and access — the directions were clear, and finding the place was no problem at all.

Excellent location, great view, walkable to great restaurants, easy for uber access. Fully stocked kitchen, great host! Hope to be back soon!

The instructions for check in were extremely easy. The condo was just what we needed. So many close-by restaurants. The walk to and from the stadium is not bad. Condo was very clean and felt safe. The garage is meant for a small suv or medium car. Just so you know if renting a vehicle. Street parking wasn’t hard to find.

The unit was perfect for a weekend getaway with my BFF to come to a concert at Red Rocks! It was so amazing. Easy to park, and fun to be able to Dave around. The unit was clean, fresh and had all the linens. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay!!

Very clean house, bigger than appears in photos! We stayed here as it’s walking distance from Empower field for a concert but otherwise the area doesn’t have a lot of walkable restaurants/coffee shops.

Parking space is tight in the garage so would recommend smaller vehicle if getting one.

Very responsive host, and all basic supplies were present! Had a great stay overall.

Home is as described with all the kitchen accessories that we needed. Very close walk to the Sound. It was a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay….house and property were absolutely wonderful!
We especially enjoyed the balcony and downstairs living room.
Made several meals and was easy bc the kitchen was so well stocked.
Loved the framed QR code to access pertinent info.

This was an amazing house, a lot of space for a large group. Something that really stood out that I havent seen in an air bnb before is that they had nearly every appliance you can think of, dishes and utensils for indoors and outdoors and everything was labeled. Great for a group that is planning to cook here.

Generally what I expected!

Positive:
The apartment was very clean and had well equipped shower.

Negative:
We were a group of four and would be better if the pullout couch was better. It was a little work out and uncomfortable. Also there was a coffee machine but no coffee powder or pods.

Es war etwas schwierig, die Wohnung zu finden. Sie befindet sich im Obergeschoß eines Hauses, auf dem von aussen "Stuub" geschrieben ist. Wir hatten immer nach Kuckucksnest Ausschau gehalten. Als wir das Haus dann endlich als das unsrige identifiziert hatten, ging alles ganz einfach. Der self Check in hat prima geklappt. Die Wohnung ist super. Sehr groß und sauber. Es ist genügend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden, aber es gibt wirklich gar keine, von den Vormietern dort gelassenen Dinge wie Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee usw. Das sollte man wissen. Im Eingangsbereich kann allerdings so manches erworben werden, falls etwas dringend benötigt wird.Die Wohnung kann ich aber wirklich empfehlen und würde sie auch sofort wieder mieten. Wir haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Loved this property! Walking distance to Coors Field. Amenities were top-notch! Would definitely stay here again.
