Beautiful old home easily slept 9 people.

We absolutely loved staying here. It is a beautiful condo with a comfortable bed, a beautiful view, awesome surround sound speakers, and great amenities. The parking area was so helpful so we didn’t have to worry about parking too. The location was amazing; we were able to walk to all the shops, happy hour, and a very short walk to the path next to the Yampa. We stayed here for our wedding and it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back here for future anniversaries!

Beautiful. We watched elk from the windows and balcony, which was a special experience for my east coast family. The surroundings are perfect for getting a Colorado experience while being close to the amenities of Golden, Denver, and Boulder.

The house was as described with wonderful deck and multiple living rooms. All the amenities were very nice and enough essentials so you didn’t need to run to the store. Very easy directions for closing. The lawn service had not come in a few weeks so the grass was very long. As we were a bridal party needing to hang long dress it was a bit inconvenient that only two bedrooms had closet, the main level ensuite did not have one for use.

Beautiful home. We really appreciated that the kitchen had everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. We had a couple of small hiccups, but John and Kimberly were wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. The home could have been a little cleaner. We noticed some fingerprints on the doors and a little dust in some areas, but it did not take away from our overall experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home. Keep in mind all the stairs if you have any elderly or people who struggle on stairs. Other than that, the home, amenities, location are prestige and worth every penny. We visited in the summer and can only imagine the winter months would also be an incredible spot to stay.

Very cute condo with great amenities. They had a fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan & utensil you could need, which we were pleasantly surprised by. The beds were really comfortable. The hosts were very responsive & helpful. We had a great stay.

Great location and clean apartment! Lots of great eats around the area. One minor issue is the noise at night if you are a sensitive sleeper. It faces a Main Street and a bar.

This location was great, and the building was secure, and the unit was very clean and stylishly decorated.
I would stay here again, especially if it were $50 a night cheaper

We had a very nice stay, the house is great and as described, communication and check-in was easy.
