At the last minute, we realized our hotel was not going to work out. I looked frantically, and John and Kimberly's house was available! It was perfect for everything we needed. I loved being able to walk out of the house and jog one minute to the park, which has a fantastic loop for runners! This is a great choice for families, too, as there is a wonderful kids' park, too.

This place was well equipped and immaculate. We would love to stay here again

Great location. Cute condo felt extremely safe, I Walked everywhere. Only complaint is lake check in time. Wish it was more accommodating to check in earlier

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our visit to Denver. The place is perfect walking distance for Empower! We were in town for a concert and it was ideal. Close to restaurants and shops as well. The home was large and spacious, clean and perfect.

Staying at John and Kimberly’s was a very nice vacation. The house was big enough for a large group. Everything was very clean. House was decorated nicely. The pool was wonderful and fun and didn’t need heating as it was summer. Many pool towels provided you don’t need to bring your own. Communication was prompt. This was a very nice experience. I would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for our 25th Anniversary. Great location, and private. While there was construction going on during the day, it did not bother us and at night it was super quiet. We enjoyed the private hot tub. One of the easiest check outs I've had with AirBnb.

THis place is a real treat. The hosts really care to make the stay good too. The place is clean, right downtown, very comfortable and even bordering on the lux side!

What an incredible condo! Perfectly located in the heart of Steamboat and an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops we love.
We were impressed with every part of the unit—from the spacious bedrooms and generous bathrooms to the large deck with stunning mountain views. Morning coffee out there was a dream.
The condo was spotless and beautifully furnished—luxurious without being fussy. We felt completely spoiled throughout our stay.
We had a couple of minor questions while we were there, and every response came within minutes. The communication was exceptional.
Originally, we were planning to stay at a hotel near the base of the mountain, but when we found this place for a bit less, we jumped on it—and we’re so glad we did! It gave us the space to spread out, relax, and enjoy Steamboat at our own pace—no shuttle required.
Though it was just the two of us this time, we’re already talking about a return trip with our kids. And when we do, we’ll absolutely stay at John and Kimberly's!

Spacious. Comfortable. Modern. Practically everything we could need, and what was missing, was delivered right away.

Positive:
Comfortable furniture and stocked with everything we needed. Amazing view of the skyline in a quaint little neighborhood. Easily walkable to downtown, Union Station and plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars but far enough away to avoid the downtown hustle and bustle.

Negative:
Carpet stains in the hallway leading to the apartment.

This was such a lovely and peaceful bnb to retreat to. I can’t recommend it enough to future travelers.

Our family of 5 one friend stayed in this super roomie duplex outside of Boston for five days during a sports tournament. The house had all the amenities needed for a multi day stay. My husband and I took the basement room with its own bathroom and we threw the teens on the bedroom floor to share the hall bathroom. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and check-in was very easy. I liked having the two dedicated spaces in the back of the property since we took two cars with us. The location is easy to get to most places and there is even a neighborhood Dunkin'’ Donuts and a CVS pharmacy close by for necessities. The house was clean and we appreciated the washer and dryer, especially after our sporting events. We will definitely stay here again when in the area next time.

This was such a cute place! Loovvvved the rooftop. That was awesome. Bedrooms had wireless chargers. Plenty of towels. Sooo easy to check in and out. Wasn't a bad walk from Empower Stadium after a concert. Never felt unsafe. Will definitely be adding this to our favs.

Had a great stay! The house was beautiful and as described. Felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again on another trip. Host were responsive and communicative in a timely manner. It was awesome :)

The house is beautiful, comfortable, and huge. Friends and I stayed while attending a conference at the convention center, which was an easy walk or car ride from the house. There were several great restaurants, a grocery store, and liquor store all in an easy walk as well. As other reviews mention there is a neighbor who plays very loud music and various times of the day/night, although never for more than an hour or so at a time (so if they started the music at 9pm, it was usually off around 10pm, etc.). This isn't something the hosts have control over though and counter to other reviews we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood (all women fwiw).

I celebrated my 30th birthday over a weekend in June and this place was perfect for my party of 8! There was plenty of space to hangout all together while also having private space. All of the accommodations were exactly as described and kitchen ready for cooking meals with the basics of what you might need.

Such a cute and cozy condo! It had everything we needed and made for a really comfortable stay. We loved the location—it was super convenient—and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
