This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. John and Kimberly have the place so well stocked that you feel like you are staying in someone’s home. This is a great place for someone who wants to cook! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and very walkable. Views from the roof deck are 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location in the RINO district. Super walkable to all the great restaurants, bars and the Denver Central Market (great food). John and Kimberly were very responsive and proactive in their communication. The place was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. Would recommend.

Just completed a wonderful stay at John and Kimberley’s apartment. We felt right at home. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Easy walk into town with its abundance of coffee shops and restaurants. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. John and Kimberley were also very responsive and friendly with their communications. Great stay and fully recommend the apartment.

Kimberly and John's flat is stunning. You won't want to stay inside all day because Denver has so much on offer, but you would be perfectly comfortable lounging on the sofa in front of the fire, admiring the art and books. It's really special. They were excellent with communication and made our stay easy.

John and Kimberlys place was nothing short of extraordinary. It really was home away from home. They had all the extra amenities you needed from the kitchen to create meals, to the linens, bathrooms & pool. The place was extremely well maintained. The hosts were easy to talk to and quick to respond with any issues we had and had immediate fixes as soon as it was brought up. I would love to be able to book this spot again for my big family in the near future!

We enjoyed our stay at Zuni and would stay there again. Echoing other reviewers, the bed is comfortable, the internet and streaming services are good, the unit is clean, and the space met all of our needs for two people on a long weekend. The bonuses of this apartment are being on the top floor corner with a great view and nice balcony, being in an amazing neighborhood with lots of fun places to walk to, and being close to downtown so we did not need a car to get around. Another bonus is that this unit is at the end of a hall and really quiet, which helped since there were some noisy neighbors with some smelly trash. Once we got into the apartment, we didn't hear - or smell - anyone else. The final bonus is the brewery and food truck, coffee shop, and Taiwanese restaurant all immediately outside the building. We had a lot of fun staying in such a vibrant and walkable neighborhood!

This place was perfect; just as described in the listing with plenty of towels, pillows, fans and nice beds so everyone was comfortable - not just the couple in the primary bed/bathroom. Surroundings were beautiful and quiet. There are plenty of balconies with seating and shaded areas for those wanting to be out of the sun. We all felt at home.
