We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and John & Kimberly were wonderful hosts!

Positive:
It was clean and spacious

Negative:
The wifi never worked well. I reached out to the property and they said they fixed it but it still didn’t work. We were never able to have zoom calls on it or watch streaming

Great place to stay! Clean and beds were very comfortable. Very roomy so our ladies trip was perfect . We all had rooms and plenty of space ! Definitely worth it

Precious Air BnB close to Olde Town Arvada and a nice park with walking trail. Convenient to Denver, Red Rocks and whitewater rafting. Extremely clean and hosts were very responsive. Enjoyed our stay very much!

My Son and his girlfriend live in Fort Collins, CO and we live in California. Needless to say, we don't get to see them much due to their work schedules and the distance. We booked this trip to have true quality time with them, and that we did. It is an AMAZING place that is within walking distance to everything downtown, to include shops, bars, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. You are within driving distance to the hot springs and so many beautiful outdoor activities. We all have stressful jobs, and it was the perfect place to relax and make a lot of great memories. We had a fabulous time, and we look forward to when we can go back.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is spotless and beautiful. The location was perfect for us. A great place to rest after a day of adventure. Would recommend this to anyone and we would definitely stay here again.

The air bnb was just like the photos. There was a lot of space and a lot of amenities in the unit. They are also dog friendly which was a plus for us. The host was super communicative and responsive. They checked in with us periodically. The location was ideal since it was walking distance from a lot of really good restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Denver!

Spacious and affordable. Great for family accommodation and in a very convenient location near downtown Denver.

Ice maker in freezer was broken and TV remotes needed batteries

Great stay! Coffee maker with coffee provided, Le Labo toilettries etc.

loved this place. we felt right at home. walkable to restaurants and activities. host was responsive and helpful. thanks for a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed staying here. My only complaint is the parking. We did not have the option to park in front of the building to unload our vehicle for our stay.

Excellent, the property was conveniently located, space was clean, property was very safe, parking was not an issue in the garage space provided. Check in process was informative and clear, and check out was a breeze!

The place was better in person than in the photos and it was very clean.

Great home. Close to everything we need.

It was great! But after we didn’t get an early check in, it took 20 min for us to get into the place at the normal check in time. So we got a late check in. And for the price I feel that was a slip up. Other than that the place was amazing!

Great place, clean and free of clutter. Will make you feel at home. Host was great and helpful. Great location, has a few places around but you can always uber out to downtown! Free street parking is available and we were able to find spots available close to the building.

The stay was great!! Will definitely be stay here again! Only down side is parking not very many open spots opened

enjoyed our stay. great dining room for family to gather. owners were responsive and delivered new nonstick pans since needed. stairs aren't recommended for older guests or those with bad knees. hall bathroom could have used shelves to put toiletries on and primary ensuite bathroom could have used lighting above sink and magnification mirror, but overall was excellent house for family.
