We had a wonderful stay here with a large group of 10 people. All the rooms were great. They were very responsive hosts and helped us out quickly when the extra sheets were missing. Great place! Would definitely stay there again.

The place was fine. It was off season so it wasn’t as much as usual (thank goodness!), and I’m glad because I’m not sure it’s worth even as much as I paid. The whole place smells very badly of pet odor as soon as you walk in the door. I have the slightest of allergies that only bother me if there’s a lot of pet dander in a place, and I did feel a little short of breath & sneezy. The carpets are absolutely filthy dirty. I didn’t even feel comfortable setting my bags down because of the smell & the stains. The condo was also very noisy - the neighbors and especially noise from the highway were loud in the master bedroom. My friends and I all had trouble sleeping through at times. Also the condo is the same bldg as the shopping center - I was under the impression it was going to feel more remote and private when instead the parking lot is in the back of the building. If I could do my trip over, I would definitely have elected to stay elsewhere but it was fine for just sleeping.

The location is absolutely perfect, 1 block off Main Street with a bus stop outside the front doors going up to peak 7 & 8. Free parking and laundry is hard to beat downtown. I was there at the end of busy season and while the apartment was cleaned it could use a good deep clean and a few updates. The carpet is stained and worn down. Things from other reviews they said were fixed were not such as the upstairs shower faucet dripping cold water on you, the downstairs shower continuously leaks, and the screen door doesn’t shut all the way or lock so if it’s warm you can’t safely leave the windows and doors open for a breeze as it’s on the ground floor. The couch pillows and extra blankets had a very used smell. 2 weeks into my month long stay the owners showed up unannounced to reupholster the stools. I had to leave after they took one and they came into the apartment 2 more times when I was gone without permission. Overall it’s an older building but the location & free parking are great!

Place was perfect for us. Plenty of room and the backyard space was very cool. Hot tub was bigger than it looks in the pictures. Walking in the front door all you see is an upgraded home that has a really nice flow to it. Love the gas range too. Hosts were fine with early check in, which was a lifesaver. I’d definitely recommend this place. Neighborhood is definitely aged and the city needs to mow the easement so you don’t need to walk around out to the sidewalk to get to the front door, but all in all, loved the stay.

Gorgeous place - nice for an out-of-town stay. Very quiet area, although the porch itself is VERY noisy due to traffic and being situated over a busy highway… Cleaning could have been better as there was lots of hair in the bathrooms and in the showers on arrival. Also missing some common items like tissues, hand towels, etc. That being said, it was still a fabulous rental with lots of space to enjoy - big TVs in every room, huge kitchen with lots of cooking tools, and everything has a luxury feel! One parking space included. Host was responsive and check-in and out were a breeze!

Amazing 4 story home with a great kitchen and living room that opens to the outside. Walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Built for adults, beds were all comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Wish all Air Bnbs were this standard and pricing. 10/10

We had a very good stay in Arvada, great neighborhood!

I really enjoyed staying at John and Kimberly’s place. It was a perfect location. So conveniently located relative to downtown. It was so close to such great dining and all the downtown Denver amenities.

Great stay! Super convenient area and perfectly safe for a group of women. The way to enter the apartment complex was very secure. Communication with our hosts was easy. The home was spacious and we had everything we needed! Even coffee! The AC didn’t cool as well as we hoped but our hosts were very quick to reply to us and troubleshoot! 10/10. Would stay here again.

Great location especially for groups that are visiting Denver! We were in town for a wedding so it became a perfect place to get ready for the wedding, while having space/comfort to wind down for the day. Neighbors were a little aggressive at times but mostly kept to ourselves inside or went out for most of the day. Overall, great and responsive hosts! We would definitely stay here again

This was a comfortable and great stay during our trip to Denver. Beautiful view of the mountains and in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive and the house was very clean & felt larger than the photos! Thank you!

We always love staying in this building. Had some issues with the wifi on more than one occasion, but it didn't ruin our stay! Finally got to try the new restaurant on the first floor...so good!

The loft was clean and a great location, walkable to lots of restaurants, cafes, breweries etc. the host was friendly, very responsive, clear check in/out instructions and provided local recommendations. Our only negative was the bed and couch are very uncomfortable.

Thank you for making my stay so smooth and seamless. I came to Denver for a conference at the Convention center. And I must say, this place was perfection. It was a little over a mile from the convention center and the money I saved staying here + renting a car was tremendous!

The Airbnb was nice and very quiet. It was located near the lake and close to the city which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed the property.

The location is great and the place was clean and comfortable. The TV did not work which was not acceptable. Alex responded to my messages but did not get the tv working while we were there. Also, only 2 spoons in the silverware drawer.
