Amazing place! Close to downtown and many things to do nearby, and the place was so serene and clean! Hosts were fantastic - highly recommend this place.

The house was amazing! My German cousin and his wife were blown away by the house. They loved the rustic American vibes and how big the kitchen was. 10/10 would recommend.

Greta place way better than described. Parking was a bit tough so if you have a car be prepared to park a block or more away due to street only parking.

The interior of the loft was great! However, if you plan to have a rental car be prepared to pay for public parking (which was actually less than I thought it was going to be) and plan to walk at least 1/2 mile to the unit. Street parking exists but you’re more likely to hit the lottery than find a spot to park. Other people commented on the street noise and they weren’t wrong. I didn’t think it would bother us much but, there was either 1 vehicle that drove by twice or 2 different vehicles that drove by every morning at 5:45am believing that they were producing the next Fast and the Furious movie. And it was EVERY morning. So my recommendation would be to bring ear plugs - because the fan and YouTube sleep music weren’t enough to drown out anything.

A spacious well furnished apartment. Dinnerware and cookware were very limited, but spices and utensils were varied and numerous. Recommended.

Great apartment in a very walkable neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and it has a beautiful porch. Hosts are very communicative and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is handy for visiting attractions like the Aquarium and Union Station. The apartment was clean and laid out very functionally. It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy area. We had a great view of the city from our fifth floor balcony. Check-in and check-out was completely transparent with detailed instructions.

Only negative is the challenge in finding a parking space nearby.

p.s. "Tasty Pot", the restaurant in the building, is amazing.

Location was perfect for our needs. Alex was very gracious with some questions we had and resolved an issue immediately. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in the future.

Went to CU Denver for my cousins graduation. The apartment is well located and the kitchen is well equipped. We spent great time there and felt like home. The only downside is too close to the highway so you do hear noises from the highway at night. But on the flip side, it’s very convenient to get on Highway.

We loved staying with Zuni Lofts! I rented this space for my best friend's bachelorette party and it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for all we wanted to see and do in Denver. The building was easy to access and felt very safe due to keypad entry. We loved the kitchen and having the space to cook in for a couple of lunches & dinners! Amenities and basic appliances are well-supplied, and it fit 7 of us very comfortably. Additionally, we were worried about parking in the neighbourhood but had no issues whatsoever finding street parking. I would highly recommend this space for large groups.

Positive:
Location is great, however the property sucks. Very bad value for what you're paying.

Negative:
Clean-ish but ant-infested basement. Don't go if you're over 6 ft because you will bash your head. Dishes were left dirty for us (see photos). Internet is very slow. Bathtub drain was painfully slow but my husband fixed it. See real photos of the place I took because the ones on the website are misleading.

Their data breach exposed my banking info, so I had to lock my debit card right in the middle of traveling, which was a huge inconvenience. No "let us make this right for you" or any kind of discount, just a dry apology. I do not recommend this property at all.

Ed and Andrea's home was beautiful. The surrounding views from the back deck and porch were stunning. Ed and Andrea were communicative and easy to work with from booking through check-out. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property! Know that you are in the middle of the action so its noisy. The beds are very soft. So beautiful!
