Great place to stay and I would stay there again! Neat, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great with the lake and brew pub nearby. There was a street festival the weekend we stayed too! I definitely recommend staying here.

This was one of the loveliest airbnbs we’ve stayed in! So well stocked and such a lovely retreat from downtown. Staff at the desk were so friendly! We loved it.

Very comfortable and clean place. At first I was looking at some hotels but then I found this place and felt like it was far better than a hotel for a better price. My stay at Colorado was really elevated by this place, highly recommend.

Everything was great! The host was very responsive to my questions. Everything is so close and walkable. Only headache was street parking only. That was a little touch-and-go, depending on the time of day I was trying to park.

This property was perfect for our needs. We were in Denver for a wedding with two of our grown children and their spouses. The property allowed us ample room for the six of us. We especially enjoyed that we were within walking distance of the wedding venues. This was especially nice since two of the couples flew in and we only had one car between all of us. Beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. If I had to point out one thing missing, I would have loved to have a Keurig for convenience.

This place is beautiful. An odd mix of old and next. Very comfy. The best part is the comfort of the beds.We used the kitchen a bunch, but had to get our own napkins, K-cup and dish washer soap. So, take an inventory and then go yo the store. The write-up said they had a blender, but we couldn't find it any where and bought our own.The neighbors next door were pretty loud, but seemed to crash by midnight. We tripped on a caret, but no damage done. They have very steep stairs everywhere, so be aware for the elderly.In spite of the little issues , our stay was great. We played card games from there cabinets and loved the location. I would absolutely rent this one again.I like the keyless system, made it easier.

Positive:
Super responsive with questions. The place was beautiful. The location couldn't have been better.

Negative:
Checking in was a little confusing. The instructions were thorough, but I think the part that was missing was that you had to go OUTSIDE to get back IN to the part of the building the rental was located. Once we did it correctly then it was super easy afterward - just the first time.

This was such a great find, in a quite neighborhood, with comfortable amenities. we'd absolutely stay again. The home was very clean and it was super easy for us to relax and recharge for all our Denver activities.

The place was in great condition and just as described. I was a bit stressed about parking leading up to my stay but we never had an issue finding something nearby. Just make sure to read street signs. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance. Best part was the Super Nintendo console, which was a very pleasant surprise and nostalgic! I would totally stay here again.

Was a beautiful place to stay and had one of the best coffee shops across the street with the best Matcha I’ve had in a while. Zuni loft seems like it’s ran more like a hotel like versus an Airbnb. parking was a pain and not very clear. communication was not that great either. They did not have secure Wi-Fi. I work from home and that seemed to be an issue not being able to get on my work network so be mindful if you book here it’s open network you have to sign in like a hotel guest. other than that place was beautiful great view great location .Just not very accommodating about requests.

Absolutely excellent in regards to location and response time from Effortless Stay. Amenities all worked wonderfully and anything needed was already provided. Will look for Effortless Stay for all future bookings in the state of Colorado without a doubt!

The house was great, in a perfect walkable area in RiNo. The townhome was clean and nicely decorated. John and Kimberly were very good at responding quickly. Easy check in.

We had a great stay! This place was very clean, had all we needed and was close to everywhere we wanted to be in Denver. Definitely recommend!
