We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home in a perfect location. Very close to hiking and downtown Idaho Springs was fun to explore. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay. The house was exactly as describe. Kimberly and John were great hosts who were very communicative! Will stay here again if back in the area!

Great stay for a group. Beds were comfy and true to size. After booking had to pay extra for pool and hot tub heating but for some reason the heating would turn off mid day and we had to reset it twice. Had to sit in the drive way until 4pm on the dot since it was a timed access to the house with no early check in flexibility. Wish it could be a little more flexible especially with screaming toddlers like 3:30 since it didn’t appear any one was still cleaning it. Great place to stay with babies.

Wonderful, clean, well-stocked home. Great and easy instructions. Bigger and even lovelier than advertised. Of note, one bedroom is on ground floor facing street and there is a bit of rowdy foot traffic, esp on Friday night! Thank you for a great stay- would absolutely book again.

Great hosts. The house was awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub and backyard oasis after long days of work! Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at John and Kimberly's place for a conference at the Colorado Convention Center. The location was perfect. The unit was close enough to the convention center to walk, but far enough from the convention center hotels to feel removed from the convention crowds. There were plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby.

The apartment was huge - plenty of space and privacy for two people. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a 4-night stay.

It was easy to communicate with the hosts. They responded to all our questions quickly. In addition, the front desk staff at the building was friendly and helpful.

The building also has nice amenities. We used the gym and outdoor recreation area almost every day.

I would definitely stay here again if I return to Denver.

We stay quite frequently in Denver and this was our first time renting in this area. So happy the place is as advertised - lots of space and having a high chair and PaknPlay available made it much easier for traveling light with our toddler. Would rent here again

OBSESSED with this house. Our stay was wonderful and it had everything we needed. As a fan of architecture and interior design, this stay was such a treat with all the little details throughout the house (chandeliers, stained glass, intricate detailing on the door hinges, wood detail on the railings, etc). Location was also amazing - was able to walk my family over to the botanic gardens, parks, book stores, restaurants, etc :) Would definitely stay here again!!
