Positive:
Nice design, comfortable apartment. There are cafes, restaurants and convenience store within walking distance.

Negative:
The linen didn’t appear to have been replaced with creases and hair visible on the linen. I dropped a message about the situation that night and received response first thing in the morning and got the linen replaced before noon.

This loft was very spacious for our group of 9. It was extremely clean upon arrival and decorated so nicely, it immediately felt cozy and inviting. Hosts emailed and texted to confirm we got in okay, and were very responsive to questions. We walked to LODO for the aquarium and a night out so lots of things to do within a walking distance. Scooter and bike rentals and Ubers also extremely easy to get. We ate at the brewery across the street one day for lunch and got coffee across the street in the mornings. Lots of amenities that are very accessible. The only negative part of the experience was the parking. It was a busy weekend so it was to be expected, but the parking situation was tough. Other than that I 100% recommend this spot for your next LODO vacation (:

Great place and convenient.

The parking wasn't great. Very tiny garage.
An I was really frustrated because when I put in a search for the air bnb I put that I had two pets. An pets were not allowed on the property even though it came up in the search engine. So I had already paid an then found out I couldn't bring my pets or it would be a 1,000 fine. An the reservation was non refundable. So I had to find another place for my pets while we stayed last minute. An my pets are family so I didn't like being separated from them. Other than that the place was stunning. We loved our stay!!! It was beautiful an we had a GREAT time!! We loved being so close to the lake! An cooking in the kitchen was absolutely Divine. The kitchen was so quaint an pretty. Just a very swanky fun place to stay ❤️❤️❤️❤️Also my daughter accidentally left her ID. An the cleaning crew was exceptional in finding it an returning it to us promptly. Ultimately we had a really fabulous time!!

This place was exactly as listed! The large windows letting in so much natural light was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and well stocked with soap / shampoo / conditioner. Kitchen was also very clean and had a nice array of spices to use. We loved the large balcony and we hope to use the grill the next time we are there. We were in Denver for an event at Mile High Stadium and this was the perfect location to walk over to the stadium - and could leave the car in the garage so we knew it was safe! Check in was very easy and the host provides all information you need. The only con to this place was the noise from the highway, which is stated in the listing and expected when being off the highway. The second bedroom has less road noise though so if there is a light sleeper I would pick that room. With that being said the road noise was not very bad. We would love to stay here again.

Great deal. Road noise was present as described but it didn't bother me. There's also a lil white noise machine in the rooms if it would be an issue. Lovely space, incredibly clean and the best communication I've had from a host. 10 minute from downtown by car

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient for getting around the city, and the home was spacious and comfortable for our group of six. As noted, the house is on a busy street, so it can be a bit noisy during the day—but it didn’t bother us. Ride share pickups required drivers to stop along that street, which could be tricky at times, but manageable. The house was well maintained, and we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. The host provided clear and timely instructions for check-in and check-out. Parking is just off the main street and is uncovered. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient spot for our group.

It was a great stay!

This is a lovely duplex in a quiet neighborhood but close to stores and a short drive from down-town Boulder. The lay out is great - with a bed room on each floor so there is privacy, comfortable sitting area and well equipped for cooking. A lot of nice small touches (coffee for the coffee pot; nice bath products, plenty of towels). The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

John and Kimberly's place was perfect for our weekend adventure in Denver - easy to get around downtown quickly by walking or quick Uber. We saw the nuggets and went to red rocks and getting to and from the house was easy. The house was very unique and cool! Ton's of space and great accomodations including great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay there again and reccomend to all 100%!

We had an amazing time! Your home was beyond our expectations! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We saw moose and a beautiful fox. It was great having the gondola within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

I stayed here for a conference and found it perfect for a week! Walkable to lots of activities and restaurants but the apartment itself was huge with loads of amenities in the building. Absolutely would stay there again!

House has plenty of space and great amenities. Comfortable beds, very clean, all the kitchen tools you need, etc. Is an easy drive to Coachella or Stagecoach - only took 10 minutes to get back at night. Neighborhood is very quiet and stores are conveniently close.
