We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Denver! The location is super convenient—easy to reach via Uber or Lyft, and close to everything we wanted to explore. We were especially excited to be granted early access, which made settling in smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities listed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

This place was perfect! Close to so much in walking or easy access in downtown Denver.

Sun-drenched with windows all around, comfortable furniture, office for separate space, spacious and well appointed kitchen with dining table! Outdoor seating and walking space, gym and very welcoming and helpful lobby attendants.

Nice house with a lot of space. Good location in distance for walking to the train station, and from here goes the train both to the airport and to the city center of Denver. We can absolutely recommend this house.

The place was nice, but having to bring everything up 5 flights of stairs in a city with notoriously low oxygen content in the air was a bit much. The cutlery provided was extremely dull so preparing food was a bit annoying. The area is clean and the people are friendly, however the parking was a bit of an issue. At times we had to park more than a block away. Having laundry machines in the room was helpful. The shower was also nice.

Great stay in a great rural area

Positive:
Nice location to walking the lake and freeway access. Comfortable beds. Reserved parking spot.

Negative:
The noise of having people above us. The floors are very creaky if anyone above is walking. The slant of the building foundation. Bathroom could use a little makeover.

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella weekend one and truly loved it! The beds are incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean, and rooms spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with ample space for meals with ~15-17 people. The backyard is perfect for summer BBQ and pool time with friends. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Early check in is not always available so if you’re coming for Coachella or Stagecoach book Thursday night for sure unless you’re ok with 4PM check in. We are hoping to stay again!

Location is ideal for visiting Steamboat. Walk to old town hot springs and all restaurants in town or cross street to walk along Yampa river.

The location is perfect. Took the bus to the gondola, super easy. Great views of the ski runs and mountains. Condo is well stocked and comfortable.

We had a comfortable two night stay in Denver-- there was lots of space, great beds, and excellent communication from our hosts.

Beautiful home!

Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. Easy peasy. Nice place in a nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed the space for our little family get together.
