Super cute place with awesome rooftop. Great location-only 10 minutes from downtown. One of the only places in Denver to have a designated parking spot! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Had a great time and would stay again. Very clean and nice place.

Positive:
Perfect location for family wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Loved the two floors and separate living spaces on both floors. Nice big kitchen. Good WIFI which was essential as there is no cell service at property. Access to garage which was great during hail storm. Beautiful porch right on creek Private.

Negative:
Keurig coffee pot would have been nice and kitchen is not well appointed for such a large home. More coffee cups - we had to buy disposable coffee cups to allow for all of us to have coffee at same time and extra paper products like paper towels would have been great.

Had a great stay, the place is so much larger than what the pictures show. Had plenty of space for our group and the beds were ridiculously comfy!

Great house that accommodated my family and our friends’ family well. They were very helpful about checking in to ensure everything went smoothly.

Clean home in a great area for food/drink. Views from the apartment are great and the host was welcoming and helpful.

I will check here first for availability next time I'm in town. Wonderful hospitality!

Kimberly and John’s space was beautiful and spacious. They were extremely prompt and communicative throughout our stay. The check in and parking instructions were also very clear. And we appreciated the ease of the check out process.

Great place - very clean and convenient location within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, etc. The condo had supplemental heating / cooling fans throughout in every room that made controlling the temperature easy, which can sometimes be an issue in Colorado mountain towns that do not have air conditioning. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The condo was easy to locate, VERY close to a fantastic walking trail and quick drive to the grocery store and local restaurants. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, very clean, beautiful decor. The hot tub was really nice and very quiet neighborhood overlooking the mountains. This was absolutely the best stocked kitchen-very impressed! We’d love to come back.

Perfect place to stay in Steamboat! Comfortable beds and all the kitchen stuff we needed. Excellent location within walking distance to everything downtown. Would absolutely stay again!

Location was great, lots of places to eat or shop close by.

Negative:
The only thing for me was the instructions to get in the building, we had a difficult time unlocking the lock box and it seemed a bit long to be on the phone trying to get the right code.

John and Kimberly’s place was beautiful. Just like the photos and very clean. The location was perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house stayed cool and every room was comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the kids had so much fun. The only downside to our stay was that the refrigerator was not working properly and we needed to buy lots of ice to keep the food we had bought from spoiling. We ended up unplugging it, as it was hot to the touch on the side panel. The host was responsive and stated that maintenance would look into it. It was a holiday weekend so we understood them not being able to come out. Otherwise everything was great!
