Great property in a great location! Would rent again!

Very clean, convenient and quiet. Would recommend and rent again.

We stayed here for 5 weeks. This place is in a fantastic location. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are dozens of electric Veo scooters and mopeds in this neighborhood. We took these to the restaurants, and had a blast riding around this safe neighborhood. This rental checked all the boxes for us. We enjoyed staying here. The only problem is that you’re staying above a garage in the backyard. You can park in the alley or out front. We didn’t bring our E-bikes, because we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes in the backyard. Other than that, this place is a great place to stay.

They were very honest in sharing because of the location the noise level of the traffic. I personally really appreciated knowing ahead of time what to expect. The noise machine provided was great. I tuned into to the Seascape and it blended in with the traffic so well that I slept beautifully.

Loved my stay!

This is our second time staying at the home We appreciated the updates made to the expansive deck. Everything was working Its a clean comfortable home perfect for our family get-togethers in Lakewood. We will be back!

Our 13-person group had a great stay at this Denver property. The neighborhood felt secure, and the house offered plenty of space for everyone. We made frequent use of the amenities, particularly the hot tub, pool table, and theater room. The house is perfectly set up for large groups. There are ample bathrooms to prevent scheduling bottlenecks, a generous supply of towels and linens, and the on-site washer and dryer came in handy.
The only downside was the temperature when we first arrived. The air conditioning was not cooling the house effectively, making the interior uncomfortably hot, especially on the second floor. The second day was much cooler after leaving windows open overnight and airconditioning running while we were out. Aside from that initial issue, it was a great stay and would stay again.

Charles’s place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Charles was easy to communicate with and responded promptly whenever we had a question or needed anything. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend his place!

Easy check in and roomy airbnb! Not far from Arvada Olde Town where there is lots to do including a train to Union Station.

We took the G-Line train from Arvada to Union station twice! First to a Rockies game and second to Ball Arena. The drain drops you off at the beautiful Union Station and then it was a short 20 minute walk to either ball arena or coors field

The host was very friendly and responsive. Check in and check out were both very easy. There are a ton of great walkable restaurants nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend you stay here if you are looking to be a quick Uber ride to downtown and in a neighborhood with a ton of great walkable restaurants. We will definitely look to stay here again when we're back in Denver.

The location and place was great but at night there were very loud neighbors. The windows and walls are not very soundproof but otherwise the stay itself was nice

Loved the apartment. Great location. Clean, well furnished, good amenities. Perfect place in a perfect spot to enjoy Golden.

Paul’s place is great and he was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again. The location can’t be beat!
