A lovely apartment. One of the rooms has a lot of noise but the noise cancellation device helped. Very clean and comfortable Perfect.

Great location. Very clean. Pictures shown are accurate. All in all a great place. Two things to be aware of, we could not check in any earlier than 4 and the air conditioning on the first floor does not cool the downstairs bedroom directly. We were lucky because the weather was moderate, but if it was a super hot summer day it may be an issue. Just something to take note of.
Loved the place, quickly responsive and we enjoyed the stay. Had everything we needed including a pack and play for young child.

Wonderful overall experience. The condo is exactly as it looks online. Great location in the center of Breckenridge. Walkable to everything. Convenient and free parking. Highly recommend this location to people visiting Breck that are looking for a one bedroom spot.

We stay in this building regularly and always love the location — it's genuinely one of our favorite spots. Unfortunately, this particular stay was marred by a serious lapse: a stranger walked into our unit unannounced, not once but twice.
We reported it to the property management company, who explained it was a maintenance worker who had gone to the wrong unit. Understandably, this left us feeling quite unsettled, and when we voiced that concern, the response we received felt dismissive rather than reassuring.
We'll still return to the building given how much we like the location, but we'd hope for a more empathetic response and tighter access protocols going forward.

Perfect location to downtown Golden and parking free and easy to get in and out. EV charger in the parking lot was an added bonus. Place was quiet and clean and perfect for our stay.
Wonderful location across from the lake. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. Everything new and well equipped except they do not provide laundry soap. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. We had 5 adults and could spread out comfortably. Very quick to respond. Actually the photos do not do it justice
Very clean. Owners were very responsive to pre-rival queries. Definitely a place if you need peace and quiet.
The place was great for our group and well located. I would definitely stay here again for the next Red Rocks concert I attend.

A true gem of an Airbnb! Clean and charming A frame in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We especially enjoyed the view of the creek from the bed, the saunas, the communal lawn area, and the dark skies for stargazing! Highly recommend!
