Great location! I loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cute little area!

Great place in the River North Art District...clean, quiet, large and open space walkable to multiple restaurants and sites. Would stay again.

The only negative was the ease of entry into the hotel (Colfax was closed/under construction). But totally worth it. The on-site coffee shop was adorable (and yummy!). We would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful location close to Lakeside. Just a short drive to Treasure State Coffee Co, which was fantastic. We went every morning! Balcony was great, beautiful view of the trees and the lake. Really quiet and tucked away, but you can be anywhere in about 20 minutes. Having the garage was a life saver as it we did get some rain, but it fit an Expedition Max with no problem, so that was a huge benefit. Big living room and my 1 yr old grandson loved the big blue chair on the ground in the living room. Fireplace was nice and the kitchen has a great lay out. Full size washer/dryer worked great, with 6 adults and a kid, we had a lot of stuff and this place worked great for us.

Great location for getting around on foot and by car. Parking was tight but appreciated it was even available. Space was great but a little loud with being by hwy so a little hard to enjoy patio.

The home was just as described with beautiful views. The listing states no AC at the very end which we did see but the home is 3 floors and it was in the 90s during our stay and the 3rd floor where the master bedroom is was very very hot even with 3 fans blowing. Overall the home was beautiful and the host made the stay easy.

What a beautiful place so peaceful the stars are amazing. We had an incredible time. It was a great getaway from the city to relax and refresh.

This place was great! I loved how close everything was and how secure it felt. Loved the space and cleanliness of the Airbnb. I would definitely recommend. I will be using them again.

I loved my stay at Lostfork with my two doggos. The cabin was exactly as described, clean and felt private even though they are kinda close together. The private hot tub was amazing and the property is beautiful. I felt like I could live there! I unfortunately didn’t try the saunas this time around, but hope to next time. The only real downside is that it is a little close to the main road .But, you really don’t hear that much traffic. I definitely recommend and I will be returning for a longer stay! :-)

The location is great. It is an established neighborhood that felt safe to walk the dog in. It has easy freeway access and is within a short driving distance to two great parks.

The house itself is an older house that has been spruced up. It was clean, and the outdoor space was great for pets and kids. I appreciated the picnic table outside for evening meals.

My only complaint is partially with the host and partially with AirBNB. With the new inclusive pricing, all the fees are supposed to be included in the listing, including pet fees if you are traveling with a pet. The listing says there is a fee, but many hosts haven’t updated their listings, so it’s unclear if the verbiage is from before the inclusive pricing or after. I messaged the host and asked if all the fees were included. They said yes. I booked. They asked for a fee that was in fact not included. Insert eye roll. It feels like they are skirting the rules in that aspect.

I loved the location, and the size. It was quite beautiful and near everything in the city

It's a nice place. Clean, near lots of shops and stores, easy access to Denver and Dick's Sporting Goods Park. There's a nearby brewery in the former flight control tower of what used to be the Denver airport.

Hosts communicated proactively and checked in to make sure everything was good.

This place was adorable and perfect for a short stay. The location is amazing- walkable to so many shops and restaurants. It was decorated really nicely and very cozy. It is a bit tight but utilized the space well and we liked having the water/coffee station close by and the porch. The robes were a really nice touch!

Great location! Fun to walk to everything, never had to use our car once we checked in. The spot was really cute, clean, and comfortable. Quick to communicate and respond. Only complaint was we requested an early check in and agree to pay if available and when we asked about it on the day of, as requested, it was a quick no. We sat outside for an hour and literally no one came or went so it would have been nice to have been accommodated for just 1 hour. A little flexibility would have been appreciated only because we were dirty from our MTB ride and needed showers before going anywhere else. Won’t hold that against the spot though, we really enjoyed our stay.

Negative:
Not easy to see entrance especially when you arrive at night

Best location, very comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Perfect stay for anyone looking to be close to bars/restaurants and fun things to do in Denver!

Could not have had a better experience! Host was communicative and bent over backwards to accommodate my need to change my trip dates. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend this Host to family and friends.
