The stay was just as cozy as the pictures. We visited Denver in the winter. As Floridian, I was concerned about the cold but the windows kept the cold outside. I slept comfortably, like a baby! Great host and location! Definitely recommend.

Amazing spot! Checkin was easy and communication were great. We stayed here for a friends birthday / snowboard weekend, the house was immaculate upon arrival. The amenities including hot tub were next level against the insane views!!! 100% will be back

This is a beautiful space, perfect for a trip with my family. There were a few issues that we encountered with the hot tub, however they were able to get maintenance out to correct. Overall great space and will stay again.

Positive:
The unit was large with a separate dining room, living room, and kitchen but only one bathroom. The bedrooms were good size as well.

Negative:
Entry instructions provided a code for the unit door but not the code for the garage or the building itself. We had to call customer service and it took several attempts until they were finally able to find the code for the exterior door to the building. When renting this unit make sure you get all three codes (garage, building, and unit).

John and Kimberley were great hosts! We felt right at home in their AirBnB.

We decided to spend some good time on the cold and we looked carefully to find a nice place. This apartment is better than what is showed at the photos. I would definitely stay there again. I strongly recommend.

Very clean! Very responsive! Easy to check in/out. Parking is on the street but very easy to find close spots. Definitely will stay again.

This airbnb was great! Very modern and clean! The host was also very responsive. A guest bathroom had a slow drain, we notified him and he was able to send in a maintenance person early morning the very next day. Thank you for being a great host!

Loved this place for the Broncos game. Our 2nd time staying, will be back

Overall the property was an excellent place and had ample space for our family. We cooked several meals there and needed to have a larger pot to boil food, but we had to use several smaller ones instead. Because we stayed for a week and there was no closet or dresser in the master bedroom we had to live out of a suitcase, but I would definitely recommend.

My husband and I made a quick trip to Denver for a concert at Ball Arena and we were extremely satisfied with our stay! Clean, private, great city view from the balcony, bedroom, and the living room. Great location- walkable to gas stations, restaurants, coffee shop, etc.! 5 min drive to the arena and only about 20 min walk. The host was quick to respond when we needed them which is all we could ask for. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Denver!

Overall we had a great stay and would book again. The location had restaurants nearby that were walkable. We were able to walk back safely and quickly from attending a Denver Broncos game.

The loft was nice. However, the coffee table had dried up spills still on it. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom. They did not do a late check out, but we could book another night.

Communication was great all around. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Again, I would recommend and would book again.
