Great place to stay and they responded to any questions in a timely manner!

The main reason we stayed here was for the hot tub. I have 2 small kiddos who were extremely disappointed to find the tub not usable, smelly and a nasty green color when we arrived. The hosts contacted a hot tub repair company who came out the next day. He knew nothing of the situation, nor who we were (not the owners obv). He got it shocked and going but we had to convince him to go to the next town over and get the filter, he was going to put it off for another day.

We paid close >$400/night with all the fees and taxes and all that was refunded was $130. The host should have compensated us at least a night since the tub was not usable. We also found clumps of hair in the shower, no dish soap and pasta sauce stains all over the trash can.

Nice new build but run the risk the hot tub isn’t going to work and shotty cleaning

Booked this place for a board retreat and we all said it was perfect. Plenty of space, very well equipped kitchen for cooking and close to everything we needed.

I would highly recommend booking this home in Denver.

Not sure exactly what happened. When we checked in, we were suprised to see messy and unorganized living room, kitchen, and living room with cleaning supplies left behind. Wondered if the rooms were cleaned. Didn't feel comfortable to stay, and had to cancel the reservation. Good thing Airbnb were responsive to our complaints.

Other than a system error that delayed check in details and a small issue with the wifi, Zuni Lofts was very communicative when I reached out and help solve all issues with quickness. Furthermore, they were proactive and let us know about anything that might affect our stay, which was helpful in our planning. This was a great place to work from with my partner and we'd consider doing it again.

It was the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever stayed it. It was a great experience.

I stayed here with three other people for a weekend, and it was a great location for walking to RiNo, although I wouldn't walk around alone at night. Coffee shop a few minutes walk away. Kitchen is well equipped with tools and pots and pans. The heat works well and it is a spacious apartment.

Cons: None of the outlets in the sofa bed room worked, and the management company was not able to tell me where the breakers were. They offered to send maintenance but I declined as we were settled in by that point and my guest was able to cope with it. There were also dirty towels left from prior guests, and some of the bathroom hardware kept falling off the wall. Hot tub reeks of chlorine the moment you uncover it; only one of us got in.

Would highly recommend this rental. Such a beautiful space that is well-decorated and receives a lot of natural sunlight. Great location that is walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops, access to the building and unit was seamless, and the host was very responsive. There was recently a poor review that noted the temperature does not get cool enough to sleep, however, all you need to do is message the host and they will flip the unit from heat to cool for you from their phone. Would certainly stay here again!

I’m a big fan of these new condos. Heated garage and a hot tub makes skiing so much better!

Beautiful condo in fantastic location. The unit had all the touches that make it easy to pop in and feel at home: well stocked kitchen, nice linens on the bed, nice furnishings. It just felt like a home, not a sparse rental. Great layout. The master was huge and stunning.

The views of the Howelsen Hill ski mountain are stunning (that's the smaller mountain downtown that does night skiing!). There's a great little restaurant and coffee shop in the building and countless shops and restaurants just steps away. Having a designated parking spot in the garage is also a big deal - especially in the winter.

I loved staying at Zuni Loft, it looked the same or even better than the pictures. There were so many restaurants and coffee shops around that you could go walking or it would be very close by car. The parking was confusing at first but it is very easy to find street parking around the building. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone that is staying at denver!!

small and good for 2 people, very neat, not to far from anything, gas station right down the street, everything working fine, outside balcony, view into the city

Enjoyed the stay with my 2 children. Clean and accommodating condo. Ice skating on lake right out the back door was awesome! Parking for ski resort right down the road. Will be back for sure!
