Alex's place was spacious and comfortable, and well situated to many amenities such as restaurants and Sloan's Lake (which I walked around, despite the very cold temperatures). In addition, Alex provided timely information associated with checking in and checking out. I would look forward to staying at this Airbnb again.

Overall, this was a great place to stay! I will say, when we arrived the place had not been cleaned. However, I was able to quickly contact the property manager, who promptly sent a cleaning crew within about 15 minutes. They we kind and did a great job cleaning for me. The property manager has said they will be refunding me the cleaning fee for this, which I haven't seen yet... but I am hopeful it's coming today. If not, that would be a shame for sure. I do recommend this space! I am sure this was simply a misunderstanding that is outside the norm.

Cute and clean space for our group of 7. Everything was great with responsive hosts. Location was close to lots of things - 10 minutes or less to downtown etc.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of RiNo! Super close to anything food or drink that you could want. Very nice to have a private garage downtown to stow vehicles and not have to worry about street parking. Beautiful interior with a very nice kitchen and living space. We would happily book again the next time we’re in Denver!

We had a great stay at John and Kimberley’s place. The apartment was just as described with plenty of room for our group of 3 adults. It would be enough space for a family, too. Easy access to skiing at Copper Mountain (the closest lift is very close but you have to walk up a small hill to get to it. There appeared to also be an option to take a little over-snow shuttle). I’d happily return!

The place was great, especially with parking garage.

Everything was amazing! 10/10 experience. Only thing I’ll suggest if you plan on smoking while in town, you cannot smoke on this property at all. Not even the balconies which was a disappointment but do-able. Everything else was amazing, great communication, clean and quiet property . I’ll be returning for sure!

This was our favorite Vrbo rental out of dozens. The location is perfect for Hockey, Baseball, museums and dining. Parking is easy, off street and always there! The unit is well appointed, well stocked and has more amenities than listed! The gym is more than adequate with tennis, basketball and outdoor walking track. The owner is easy to reach and helpful. We had up to nine adults watching football comfortably. It was hard to leave this property. Do yourself a favor and book this condo for your downtown Denver stay.

Awesome place! My wife and I stayed for a little get away for a few nights. The hot tub/TV combo was amazing!

My family loved the house, amazing mountain views and close proximity to Winter Park Resort. We loved sitting on the living room couch each morning and night looking out at the snowy mountains.

Our only issue was the hot tub was not properly cleaned before our arrival and our attempts over several days in a row felt ignored or pushed aside. They used a management company (apparently not located in Winter Park) who didn't quickly get the issue resolved, resulting in unneccesary built-up frustration with various back & forth Airbnb messages. I offered to meet them onsite at the home various times, but they were not available to. To their credit, and per my request, they provide a credit at the end of the stay. In conclusion, a great place, yet it may be time to get a new & local management company.
