Effortless Stay Reviews

John and Kimberly are great hosts. Place was great. Will try to stay again next time in Denver!!!

I reserved the home for my sons, grown grandchildren and myself for Christmas week. It was immaculate, spacious and amenities were plentiful. Neighbors were quiet and congenial. The home has been impeccably maintained and the furnishings are welcoming and very comfortable. The owners are responsive and compassionate.
We loved preparing Christmas meals in the modern and well appointed kitchen. The addition of spices, cooking oils, coffee, creamer, etc are nice touches. We all would recommend staying here and reliving some of Denver’s wonderful history.

Overall great stay, but be mindful if you got 2 cars coz unit only has one parking lot. Breckenridge overnight parking is outrageous. But other than that, everything went smoothly.

We stay here over Christmas and loved the area. Very close to great restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is nice and the location is lovely near Sloan’s Lake. We had an electrical issue and the toaster never worked, though the host attempted to address both in a timely fashion.

The house was wonderful for our Christmas with our Colorado children.

The house was exactly what we were looking for as it was very close to our daughter's house. And it was walking distance from sloan lake.

Our family had a great stay at John and Kimberly’s place. The location was great and incredibly convenient for us. Check in was a breeze and it was exactly like the pictures. The house had everything we needed and our hosts were friendly and proactive. Highly recommend their home.

Clean space with a nice view. Would stay again

Muy bonito alojamiento, cuenta con todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo. Muy buena ubicación, está muy céntrico! Nos encantó!

What a wonderful home to spend our family Christmas in and ski at Steamboat!

We had a fairly decent stay, however we had some concerns regarding cleanliness. The mattress itself and mattress protector had some stains and it made us somewhat uncomfortable. The shower floor was also not thoroughly clean. We reached out to the host to address, but they did not do much to accommodate us. Other than that our stay was solid and it was in a pretty decent neighborhood.

Great neighborhood and nice setup

Great place to stay! It would be even better if there was a potty table for toddlers.

Everything was fine except TV kept coming on in the bedroom every 20 minutes or so. Also would come on in living area on its own. Place was very nice and clean

John and Kimberly were great hosts and very response to all our requests. The kitchen was great and recreation room downstairs made for a great gathering place. Thank you
