This Arvada Urban Retreat was a fantastic place to stay. The location in Olde Town Arvada was in walking distance of shopping, restaurants, & bars. The light rail station for the G line was just across the street. This rail can be taken to get all over Denver with connecting rails at Union station….even to the Denver airport.
We visited the RiNo area to see the awesome painted murals, attended a concert at Red Rocks and made side trips to Lookout mountain in Golden and Boulder. Had a great time in Denver and recommend staying here.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and I stayed at this property during our recent trip to Denver. We loved the spacious house. The neighborhood was eclectic—with numerous restaurant and coffee houses within a block or two. The steam shower was a hit and there was an awesome selection of books. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We recently stayed in Arvada and absolutely loved the location and condo. This is our 3rd time staying in the area and by far was our best experience. The check in/out process was stress-free. The condo has recently been updated and was perfect for a family of 4 with easy access to Arvada and surrounding areas. We will definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed in this stunning property on a quick weekend getaway. In town for a Broncos game, access to the stadium and downtown was quick and easy and everything we needed was close by. The rooftop views are stunning. We would definitely stay again.

Condo was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very walkable. Totally enjoyed our stay there. The garage is a bit of a hassle getting in and out, but since there were 3 of us, there was always someone to jump out and do all the door openings.

The management, location, and condo we chose were all wonderful. Love staying here.

Clean and attractive property convenient to highways and Olde Town Arvada. Neighborhood is exceptionally quiet.

All good, other than one sink not draining and pornographic book on coffee table - I believe management knew we had young children with us.

My college roommate and I have always wanted to go to a concert at Red Rock. We stumbled upon this gem of a condo in Old Town Arvada. It was the perfect location to everything we wanted to do (downtown, Golden, Red Rock and Estes). I loved getting up every morning and walking a half block for coffee. The restaurants, winery and breweries are all an easy walk and incredible.The condo was clean, quiet, and so comfortable. The check-in and out process was easy based off the clear instructions provided. Response time is fast if you have any questions. There is no doubt that this is where I would stay again when visiting Denver.

All was good except top bunk was difficult to climb for older adult.

This is the second time we have stayed in this rental. The place is clean and in a great location. Less than 20 minutes to downtown. Grocery stores around the corner.
