Effortless Stay Reviews

Exactly what we needed.

The home itself was nice and the neighborhood is awesome and very walkable. We had a few minor issues; the front door lock and code wasn't working so it took a bit to go back and forth with the manager and luckily there was also a code box with key on property to allow us entry. It was a tiring 10-hour drive day so this was a bit frustrating upon arrival. Parking was also a bit frustrating. The garage spot is very small and we were unable to access it due to a car being parked behind it for a home across the alley. The instructions inside the home said parking was available in several marked spots but after going back and forth with the manager we were told only the small garage was available. Street parking was always fairly packed but we were able to park about a block down. The home is on window units so it was hot upon arrival, they did work well once they got going but it took a bit to cool down initially. Otherwise, the home is cozy, nicely updated and was comfortable for my family of 3 to stay and visit nearby colleges.

We loved everything about our stay. The place was clean, neat, close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of space as a family. There were even board games available for us to play! We will definitely stay again!

The condo was spotless and served as a perfect place to work from for a couple of days. I will be back when I work in Denver!

This home was located in a very convenient area. The amenities were spot on. Size of the house was perfect for our needs. The living areas were very useful and entertaining. It was very clean and well stocked. Would definitely book here again.

The home was as beautiful as in the photos. It was the real mountain experience we were looking for. The home was comfortable, clean and quiet. It made for a very pleasant experience.

Everything about this place was wonderful.

This was a great little loft! My husband and I did a quick getaway for a few days. Communication was great, and they let us in early, which was great since we got there around 10am. The place has a brewery across the street and the neighborhood had a few places for coffee, cocktails and breakfast. It was about a mile walk to 15th street and on, but we did not mind it at all. We recommend for certain!

Had a great time staying here to see the Foo Fighters at Empower Field. Super convenient location to the arena and close to plenty of dining options. Check-in was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Condo was clean and well stocked - exactly as listed. Thank you!

Amazing stay super happy with the property

a medical emergency back home caused me to only stay one night.

Good location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of space for friends and family. Beautiful backyard. Enjoyed our stay very much

This was the perfect location in Olde Town Arvada! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and great yoga studio. Very quiet (even with the train being so close) and we felt very safe here. Everything was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of room. The only hiccup was figuring out the parking garage instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated. Communication was great. We explored Denver and the surrounding area.

Great location and amenities.

Great stay!

We came in to the city for a concert at Ball arena. Location is ideal and the security of the location was on point. Lobby staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Unit very clean, great view and comfortable. Thank you for the accommodations!

Property was as described and a great location for visiting Denver and many towns around Denver! We were so happy with the yard area and all outside areas! Would stay here again!

Loved the location and proximity to shopping and the highway. I will be looking to stay here again when we return next year.
