Effortless Stay Reviews

The property was comfortable, clean and well furnished. Fitness center was a plus. Easy access to the garage for parking and a short walk to the train station, stores and restaurants. Other than no windows in second bedroom, we were happy with the accommodation.

We loved the proximity of the property to the stadium and convenience of being able to walk to our event.

The property was more luxurious and nicer than expected

Easy checkin. Very nice and clean.

The perfect space for a girls weekend. Thank you !

The property’s location was perfect, we walked everywhere. The space had everything we needed, was quiet and comfortable, and easy to access. The management company was super responsive, and we never had to wait for information. Would highly recommend!

This place is all you need for a group of family and friends to enjoy Lakewood, Red Rocks and the greater Denver area.

We were all in the area for the first time; the house was a perfect place for all of us to stay and re-energize for the next day.

Thumbs up from our Virginia/Alabama crowd!

Perfect location, spacious accommodations, nice management.

Really enjoyed our stay. Lots of windows with a great view of downtown Denver. Walkable to many restaurants and other fun locations.

My daughter and her husband with 2 children ages 2 and 5 stayed here while visiting my other daughter’s family. This was close to parks, every kind of food anyone could want was within walking distance, coffee shop right across the street. The house is amazing!

Our family's girls had a fabulous weekend in Denver and the surrounding area! The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. Parking and access to the interstates were easy, too. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the roof deck!

The apartment was spacious as advertised and in a great location to walk around downtown and down the bike paths along the river down to the botanic gardens. Really clear check in and parking instructions. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great property. As described. Great view of the city. Plenty of stuff in the neighborhood and minutes from downtown

We were able to park and walk to the concert. The Condo was nice spacious and perfect for the night!

Great spot in a cute neighborhood!

Loved the neighborhood. Easy to find street parking. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Will stay here again.

Very clean and convenient location to everything needed.

My husband and I stayed in this condo while attending a family function coupled with some tourist adventures. The location in Old Town Arvada is perfect for walking around town. We found many places to get food and drinks, and some interesting shops. The easy walkability is a true plus. Proximity to highways that lead to sightseeing/tourist experiences is also a plus. The condo itself is clean, well appointed and comfortable. The host provided clear and easy directions for checking in and out, as well as for using the enclosed garage space that comes with the condo. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful decor. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous view. Would definitely stay here again!

This location is super spacious and loaded with amenities and beds/bedrooms. The management was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. As other reviews noted there were a couple minor maintenance issues, fireplace out of order and malfunctioning doorknobs but did not impact our stay at all.
