Beautifully-appointed, clean house near Sloan's Lake park was perfect for us and two other couples. Loved the roof deck after dark with a view of the downtown Denver skyline!

The unit was excellent and very comfortable. The location was fantastic. Short walks to many fine restaurants. Would stay here again next time I am Denver

Great location and the brewery across the street was a nice place to grab a bite and drink. Easy check-in and check-out with simple directions. Parking wasn’t really an issue as there was plenty of street parking. Lots of natural light and super clean which was awesome!

Check in codes at night were not very clear
Everything was nice inside but the tub, I would add grab bars and non slip pads to tub/shower.

The site was saved by heading towards Sloan Lake but the other way was a Colfax street full of "struggling" people. Just thankful I wasn't alone~

My stay was very enjoyable and the apartment is beautiful. The building is quiet and my room had a nice view of the city. I even watched the Labor Day fireworks. The neighborhood is walkable but there are plenty of Lyft and Lime options too. I recommend coffee at The Den or a walk down Platte St. There are great restaurants and shops. It’s a short trip to other great neighborhoods and parks. I will visit again.

Property is clean and modern. The extra beds that the listing says are in the common area are actually behind french doors that you can shut so that is helpful. Plenty of restraunts and boutique shopping in this cute neighborhood. The train line stop is across the street and allows for easy access into Deaver, ride for 5$ all day.the street an

Quiet and relaxing bachelorette party. Plenty of room and beautiful views of the city. Safe and clean neighborhood. Communication was good with host. I would recommend!

We enjoyed the location and the great park just down the street. The large kitchen and dining area was perfect for dinner with our adult children and spouses. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Great, clean unit. Only downside is noise from freeway, pack some earplugs.

Even nicer than we expected. Quiet neighborhood, well cared for property. Thoughtful touches like extra throws, detergent, Kleenex etc. enjoyed comfortable furnishings, tvs easy to operate. Nice front porch. Roomy garage.

We came to Denver for a wedding in the family. Had a great time. The condo was wonderful, and the location was perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Really enjoyed roof top deck. Excellent view of downtown Denver. Perfect ending for everyday we were there. Whenever I had a question their response was quick and helpful.

This was a very comfortable home on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is central to everything and everywhere we went seemed just a short drive away (even Red Rock Ampitheatre!).

The deck was amazing to have coffee on during the sunrise. Multiple gathering spaces and lots of seating made it comfortable for a large group of adults. Bathrooms were clean and having 3 bathrooms a huge plus for our larger group.

Would definitely stay here again!

Everything from the listing was 100% accurate. This was a beautiful condo and very clean and comfortable. Had some questions and the property manager was easily accessible and quick to respond. If ever back in the area would look to stay here again in a heartbeat. Also loved the views and that we were literally in walking distance to Empower Field.

The master bedroom did not have a closet, dresser/drawers are any hook anywhere to hang any clothes.
