Effortless Stay Reviews

My husband and I are looking for property in Denver. We are using VRBO for other rentals in different areas. This is our first stay so the bar is high. There are two rooms, both with comfortable beds (although we only used one). Heat worked nicely and we needed for nothing. The unit was very clean as well. We would rent again.

This was our 3rd time staying there. We really enjoy the location

Immaculate. Excellent location. Great communication.

Beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay. Very clean place and fully equipped with everything! Will definitely stay here again!

This review is for both the property and the management company, Effortless Stay. Every detail of the property and the process was excellent. We VRBO a lot and generally have very good experiences, this one was superb! Communication was great, location was great, the entire home and furnishings were great. And having 3 car oversized garages was amazing. We had two crew cab trucks and a suburban all tucked away while 24” of freahnpowder fell. If you need a place to accommodate 6+ people, I can’t imagine a better option. And we always love Dillon with Epic passes…so many ski options within 30 minutes!

Excellent location and beautiful property for a fun girls’ weekend in Denver!

We had a family mini-vacation with our 2 adult sons, their wives, and 20 month old granddaughter. The house met our needs perfectly! We had plenty of room for everyone! Beautiful historic home which has been restored and modernized. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very warm and accommodating. Great spacious condo located in the heart of the city of Steamboat Springs.

If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver!

wonderful location, beautiful updated condo and helpful front desk

Lovely home in a great neighborhood, close to great parks.

Everything you need within walking distance

Great location, we had a nice stay.

Easy to access Rockies and mountain towns.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times we’ve never been disappointed. Great condo with the location being so good. People talk about the traffic noise but it’s really not that bad. More upside than anything.

Beautitul home, everything great except when we arrived there was no hot water. After a long day of work and travel to not be able to take a shower/bath plus the inconvenience of getting ahold of maintenance was a pain. Come to find out the water heater was unplugged. And there was no propane in the tank on the rooftop fire place which the rooftop area was one of the selling points to us so we couldn't enjoy the warm fire and sit on the rooftop setting - it was very disappointing, but the house is awesome.

Excellent spacious property and location! Very clean and full amenities! Adorable house! Great neighborhood for restaurants/bars. And location to hiking and mountains!

Nice place in a good location. Liked the bedding with 4 King beds. The 3rd floor master has a temperpedic

Took a couple days to stay right in town in October, family of 4, kids 9 and 4. Loved parking the car in the garage and walking everywhere. Big open condo,
onlgreat balcony views.

Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response.
Other than that this place had everything we wanted.
