Effortless Stay Reviews

This is an ideal option for someone in the downtown area for business or pleasure. The condo is close to the downtown area with a very contemporary feel and sleek, modern design. The building was quiet with interesting amenities and we had easy access to lots of local restaurants and activities.

The apartment was very clean; the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely appointed.

We very much enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others and stay again!

Thank you!

Clean, private and easy access to National Jewish Hospital.

This was a nice home base during our family business trip to Denver. Kitchen is great for cooking. Beds are comfy. Cute patio. A nice 1+mile walk to old Arvada and enjoyed the park along the way. The host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beautiful spotless condo was conveniently located. We easily walked to restaurants and stores.

We hope this condo will be available for us with future visits.

Location is great! The management company was very response to our needs. The house has a large footprint and can accommodate a big party. I was disappointed with the condition of the master bathroom. The shower has broken tiles and mildew stains throughout the grout.

Great property - walking distance to bars restaurants and even walked to Ball Arena for the game.

My friend and I stayed here while visiting her daughter at Regis and other friends in the area. The house is nicely updated and close to a beautiful park, old town Arvada (a hip and bustling little downtown area), and any amenity we could want. It was the perfect size for us; one bedroom even went unused (weren't sure how many we would have at time of booking). The house was very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and thoughtful details. We cooked meals and the kitchen was equipped with all of the basics. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you! We were very happy with these accommodations, the location/neighborhood, the communication, ease of entering the building, parking garage, security, and overall aesthetic, comfort & cleanliness of the condo-was awesome!! We even loved the shampoo/conditioner & hand soap- beautifully scented💛

Everything was perfect. House was nice, roomy and clean. Close to everything. Bus stop right outside our door. It had everything we needed. The extra room with the bed and Murphy bed had its own door so it was like another bedroom without windows. Communication was so easy with the texting option. Would stay here again.

There were a few issues. . . First we found a heap of crumbs in one of the chairs and makeup spots on the bathroom wall. The light behind the private door should have been put into an off mode and remained off during our stay. The front door handle fell off and I secured the best I could, but it remained partially attached during the entire visit because maintenance could not fix it. The squeak of the steel frame bed frame anytime anyone rolled about and the lock’s not always locking behind us contrary to what I was informed. Other than these issues it was a nice spot to stay. Very nice, quiet neighborhood, very close to lots of things to see and do.

Liked the condo very much. Very clean very well appointed. Enjoyed being up and seeing the view. Kitchen was good.
Sofa needs to be replaced. It’s tired.
Add dimmers to the lights that don’t have them. Very convenient to have washer and dryer. I love the Istanbul bakery up the street. Could hear the music at night but it was over at 10.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a great location with fantastic service. Easy check in and check out and property managers are responsive. We walked to many great restaurants, bars and attractions. If we had to drive anywhere, access to a main highway is close by. This is our first choice when we come to Denver.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and easy to get to lots of places around Denver.

Well described and had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Really awesome house. Would recommend it to anyone .

Clean condo with great set up of kitchen supplies

This condo is so beautiful. Beds were very comfy and the view of Denver is great! Close to everything downtown.

Overall this listing is simple and in a great neighborhood/ area. Its close to everything and the balcony views are awesome ! Would definitely stay here again or their other listings.

The condo was great. Plenty of restaurants and green space within walking distance. We had a great time in Denver and will return and rent this condo again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The property worked great for our family! The beds were comfortable, as was the upstairs TV room. The place was thoughtfully stocked with bathroom essentials, extra linens, dishwasher pods and laundry essentials. The kitchen could use a few more drinking glasses but other than that had most of what you needed.

We were walking distance to a park which was great for our toddler. There wasn’t a baby gate so we had to improvise to keep her safely off the stairs, but not a big deal.

Overall comfortable stay and it was nice to put our car in a garage.

The location couldn’t be better! Really nice that there’s two king beds too, no one gets the short straw there. Cute decor, comfy bed, had all items we needed. Highly recommend!
