Water pressure was very uneven. Toilets were especially noisy when flushed. Otherwise, great house for our family.

Very nice, well equipped. Parking is a big pain if you have a car.

Very glad we picked this Vrbo! Communication was great; check-in and -out was easy (very reasonable check-out tasks); safe and convenient location; quick walk to quality restaurants and into downtown; clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations (for ten of us); wonderful views from the balcony—we couldn’t have asked for a better bachelorette trip.

It was certainly the closest experience to a hotel that we will get through a rental app (with the benefit of all of us being together). I cannot say enough good things about this place. So pick it! Recommended 100%!

It was an amazing place for our Broncos gameday adventure. Easy stroll to the stadium and perfect setup for tailgate party before and after!

We stayed for three nights at this location. There are fun bars and restaurants in the immediate area as well as a mile walk to downtown. The apartment was very sharp and provided everything we needed.

House was perfect for access to Denver,RedRocks and the outdoors.

The place was awesome, clean great location for us going to an event at ball arena. The neighborhood is very nice and food & drinks in walking distance. Close to union Station and downtown. Comfortable beds, only 1 shower but the rest of the place made-up for it.

The house/apartment was awesome. Could not be in a better location.
Walkable to all kinds of restaurants and places.
We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The property was perfectly located for Steamboat shopping. Assigned, secure parking with secure entrances to the condo. When I had a question about the condo, I received an immediate response.
The unit was very clean and bright. As a bonus we caught the aspens in full color.

We had a group of 10 people stay for a weekend for the Denver Broncos game. It had plenty of space, with comfortable beds, and supplies for cooking. Great property!

Beautiful condo but it faces west and it was stifling hot inside when we arrived. For Texans, the words "Heat Only" on the thermostat strikes fear in our heart!!!! It cooled down at night but it's too hot in that condo in the afternoons due to its westward facing setting. Renters in the warm summer months should be made aware that there is no AC. Again, Texans don't even think to ASK that question.......who in the world doesn't have AC?!!?!? I get it.....it's Colorado but guess what.....it gets hot there too! Again, it's totally the owner's call as to whether or not to get AC but you need to make people aware.

The only other complaint was about the check in process. When we arrived at the garage door, the code given to us would not open the door. Effortless had failed to put the * before and after the number. Then after we finally solved that problem (they answered our email within ten minutes), then we got to the front door of the condo which was like a scavenger hunt to find, there was NO key in the lockbox. Had to wait another ten minutes for a reply to another email. So then we entered the condo and it must have been 90 degrees inside. I thought our trip was doomed but fortunately it got really cool at night and with the help of every fan we could find, we made it work. It is an awesome condo but kind of noisy being downtown and being forced to have ALL the windows open 24/7.

I was really happy with our stay! Everything was great and was just a few blocks over from great food and drinks. We scootered around Sloan Lake. The roof top had a perfect view of the mountains and Downtown Denver.

The property was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. It was clean and there was good communication from the property manager. We would stay here again when we visit Denver!

The property was gorgeous, safe, and clean. Perfect location for walking and had so many fun places around. We loved exploring the area and I wish our stay was longer and just the weekend! Can’t wait to stay again.

We spent a weekend in Denver and chose this property for it’s proximity to our son’s apartment. We could not have been happier with the space, the location and the overall rental process. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Denver!

My wife and I stayed for a few days and we couldn’t be happy with this place. It’s perfectly situated just outside of downtown with a lot of cool restaurants around the condo. This place is also located perfectly for the sports enthusiast as it’s close by all the main attractions. The host is very attentive and responsive. I’ll definitely be back

Location was great, lots of walkable restaurants and bars. Listing was 100% accurate.
