Had a good time ☺️

Luxe getaway was practically perfect in every way for our family. It was aesthetically appealing, incredibly comfortable beds, room for everyone, super clean, good location and had everything we needed…and then some! The rooftop was used every night of our stay. Beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. The balconies were great morning coffee moments and the side yard accommodated everyone for cool morning breakfast. Everyone enjoyed the property and all its offerings and we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area.

Great location. Great layout. Wonderful neighborhood. Would stay here again when back in Denver.

Our family of five loved the Fox A-frame! Kids loved the loft space and game room. Very well stocked and accommodating.

Our stay at Espadin was fantastic! Great location- we walked, used the scooters & Uber to get around. Great neighborhood bars and restaurants within walking distance. Zuni St Brewery was right across the street. Close to RiNo area and Tennyson Street. Easy drive to Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, and Garden of the Gods. Beautiful space- very roomy and very clean. Loved the second powder room! Check-in & check-out process couldn’t have been easier. Any questions we had were answered right away. Great view of the Rockies off in the distance from the balcony each morning. We wanted for nothing! Thanks for being such great hosts!

The condo is just as pictured and was very comfortable. We had an easy walk to Mile High Stadium as well as restaurants and shopping nearby. I would highly recommend this Vrob!

The unit was nice and had plenty of space. The kitchen and living room (couches also) had more space/size than we expected from just looking at the pictures initially. The location was nice as it was close to a lot of restaurants and bars. We were able to easily walk to Coors Field to catch a baseball game.

Quiet neighborhood, well-equipped kitchen.

Walking distance to Empower Field, very clean, great communication with host, garage spaces are tight but nice to have, no issues during trip.

Cozy unit in a great neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo looked exactly as represented which is always nice! Communication and access was seamless. Our son lives downtown so this was a perfect spot for us. Would recommend it highly!

Good location. Lots and lots of emails throughout my stay from the propety management company checking in. Was advised via email after my first night that I was responsible for taking out garbage at the end of my stay. The photos definitely upsold the propety visually compared to how it was in reality. Almost everything I touched upon arrival felt dirty. Utensils were sticky, hairs were still on the walls in shower, hairs on the bedding, hairs on the lamp. The entire property had a wet mildew smell. This rental does not have air conditioning, it has plug in units in each window which run at a very loud noise level. All the window a/c units had the indicator light on to replace filters. Furniture wobbled. Overall, the entire unit was renovated and furnished to a sub-par quality. Off-street parking garage does not a small sized car. Not a terrible experience, but would not stay here again.

The apartment was beautiful and clean, and had lots of space for our group. It was perfect for a girls weekend!

We enjoyed the best of Denver is at your hands. Although we drove most places we could have walked or used public transportation. Very user friendly city!

The condo was super cute and clean and the outside and entry were well done. There were two roll away beds as opposed to a futon which worked out fine. It is a good space for 3-4 people. My only complaint was the street parking which was a little challenging a couple times. Also, you should note that there is an unloading zone In front which I didn’t notice until after we checked in. Great location to get to DT, Red Rocks, LoHi, Regis/Tennison area ! Thanks for a comfy spot in Denver!!

Three of us stayed here for a few nights. The neighborhood is great, and the space itself looks freshly remodeled and was very clean and the host was very responsive. There are some things to note, some of which the owner can do little to nothing about:
* as noted in another review, the upstairs neighbor is pretty noisy. Lots of heavy stomping starting around 5:30 am until 6 or so, then again starting in the late afternoon. Chalk it up to apartment living.
* the property has access to a VERY small garage. We had a Nissan Pathfinder, which barely fit (we had to pull in the mirrors). Anything larger and you're out of luck. Street parking in this neighborhood is tough, so if the garage might not work for you than it becomes a consideration.
* as noted elsewhere, some doors don't close all the way without some effort. Seems like they weren't part of the remodel.
* the internet was rock solid, but the TV often dropped the connection to the router. We watched TV via our laptop and the supplied HDMI cable, but not ideal.

All things considered, we would stay here again due to the location but would likely first look for another property in the area.

We visit Denver fairly regularly to see family. This is my favorite place to stay from now on. The apartment was pristine, kitchen very well equipped and the bed was comfortable!!!a it’s the first time I’ve ever rented from a business rather than an individual. It has its perks.the management was quick to respond to all questions. I felt very safe in the building. The neighborhood where the building is located is packed full of little interesting bars , bakeries and a variety of good restaurants
The only thing I wished was listed on the description of the rental was that there is no parking. You how to first figure out what streets you’re allowed to park on overnight and then just try to find one ! We were there over the weekend and found it time consuming and a little stressful trying to find a parking place. We ended up finding one three blocks away.

We stayed busy around the Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs and Highlands Ranch area for our visit. This house was very centrally located and easy to get to from all. Very clean and well maintained. The view around the neighborhood was breathtaking. Would definitely consider this place again.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
