The place was great! Very clean and within walking distance to everything in & around town! Short drive to Red Rocks made this place perfect for our weekend trip!

The location of Zuni lofts is very good and walkable to many restaurants and shops in the city . The apartment feels like home and very nice with well equipped kitchen for guests to cook anything. It’s clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. My only critique is with communication
The day after checking the taps were not running and we were not informed so I went to have a shower and brush my teeth and there was no running water so I had to call management and then they informed me that the whole block at no running water and that you will let me know when it comes back on so I stayed in all day with no communication as to when the taps came back on. I had to go and check and realised there was running water it would have been nice for me to be updated. The second critique I have was the bedding the duvet was put between two sheets and tied at each end which meant my legs were getting caught within the duvet and the sheet, apart from this, I will happily stay here again. I

We had a wonderful time staying in this gorgeous place. The accommodations are clean and beautiful! You step right outside the door and can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay in Denver great. It was so easy to communicate with the host and they always responded quickly. We will definitely be back and will hopefully be able to book this exact unit again!

Outstanding Property in SteamboatThe photos don't do this place justice. What comes through in the listing is nice enough, but the reality is considerably better—the finishes are more refined, the flow of the space works better than you'd expect, and everything is genuinely well-maintained. This is the kind of rental where the owners clearly care about the actual experience of staying there.The location is the real standout. You're close enough to everything that nothing requires a drive, but far enough removed that it actually feels peaceful. We could walk to restaurants and shops easily, but also step outside and be in a genuinely quiet space. That balance is harder to find than it should be. Don't miss the saturday farmers market right outside your door. Easy walk to great restaurants like Laundry, Creekside, and Meatbar. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The layout gives you privacy without feeling cramped, even with a full group. Little details matter here—good water pressure, reliable wifi, adequate seating for hanging out together or retreating separately.This is a property that delivers on what vacation rentals promise to be. Highly recommended for Steamboat.

Great place to stay! Very clean and quiet! 'Through the trees' lake view with great balcony to relax with coffee! Communication was fantastic and host answered the phone on 2 rings on a Saturday! Garage to park in is a huge plus. We were only there for 1 night but we all loved it!

Awesome spot

Everything was very good. We could see the number on the building arrived at night. The key pad wouldn’t respond to the code given. Someone responded to my call with another way to enter. It was clean and had everything we needed

We had a fantastic day in Evergreen!!! Our home was beautiful and was decorated most wonderful!! The view was incredible! Our host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again thank you so much.!

Great place for a quick getaway

We had a great stay! The place was gorgeous with a huge closet and bathroom. It was overall very spacious. It was conveniently located in the LoHi neighborhood - we were able to walk to all of the restaurants we wanted to go to in the area. And it was an easy walk from the apartment to the downtown area, just took a bit longer.

The parking was a little bit of a dice roll situation, as you're limited to whatever is on the street out front or on one of the close side streets. Somehow we lucked out and only had one brief moment of needing to park farther away! Otherwise we found a spot out front. Just be sure to read street signs!

I'd definitely recommend staying here, overall great experience.

Great place, beautiful surroundings. I wish I could live here year round! The riverbed ‘beach’ and disc golf practice area, the sauna, and the unit itself was all great.

Positive:
I liked the property. It was very clean and comfortable. It has a unique style . Was very satisfied with my 6 night stay

Negative:
The only problem at this time was the construction going on with the street.

I had a really lovely time at La Vista. The people who work the café/bar (El Piñon) are just some of the coolest. Had lots of cool conversations with the people rolling through town. Now that I'm settled in Denver I'll probably come back and hang out. Thank you all so much!

The condo was as pictured with a very comfortable couch. The kitchen was described as a chefs kitchen, but the kitchen amenities were a bit minimal. A few more utensils, pots and pans or a Keurig would be helpful for future guests. Overall the location was a great mid point for traveling and a space to relax comfortably !

A most beautiful place to stay, and oh so peaceful! The deck is amazing, with hummingbird and magpie visitors. We also enjoyed the record player, a very neat touch! Thank you!
