Beautiful condo situated within walking distance to downtown Golden (approx. 1 mile each way). The condo is well appointed for long or short term rental, with everything you need and use as if you were home, including washer/dryer. Our only suggestion (not criticism) would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with one bathroom. We had a girls extended weekend and the only mirror in the condo is located in the one bathroom. This made it a bit inefficient while trying to get ready for the day or evening out. So pack a portable option, if this seems like an inconvenience for your group.

Great place , highly recommend. Cozy , a lot of space, great area to walk and quiet at night.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Home is located at the top of a mountain road, about 20 minutes from town.

This house was perfect for our extended stay in Denver. Close proximity to several lakes and great restaurants for sure made it hard to leave!

It's right in the action while still giving you enough privacy and even beautiful mountain views. Sitting in the nook in the morning drinking my first cup of coffee and enjoying the mountain views was truly special.

For about the same price as a hotel, we stayed in this lovely, fully stocked house! Very, very generous with towels, extra necessities available to anything that runs out. The kitchen was lovely! I especially loved the Kitchenaid mixer, I made several batches of my cookie dough! there is a Ninja blender available as well. The beds were extremely comfy. Plenty of closet space and extra pillows available. The neighborhood was quiet & wonderful. There is the Little Bear diner available a fre minutes away. I highly recommend this property and it was all a memorable experience. ✨️ 💖

We love this place, we didn’t want to leave! I would recommend renting 2 or more nights, i am sure they fill up fast!

Plenty of room for everyone that stayed there.
My friends downstairs did say there was a smell of mildew and that the showers would start running cold fairly quickly and that the shower pressure wasnt great.
Overall it had everything we needed for 7 people.

It says it sleeps 7 but 6 is more realistic. Not enough plates for 7. I bought forks at a thrift store so there would be enough for us. Should have bought butter knives also. Easy fixes. It's a management place and you can tell there is no one actually lives there. We've been to many places usually have games for kids. Bring your camping chairs for extra seating. For location it's a good base camp. Overall I would keep looking at other houses next time.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the walking distance to mile high stadium to see the packers play... and win. Loved having coffee on the patio every morning. Amenities were perfect and we slept great and felt right at home.

Great location. Everything was close by and walkable. Loved being in downtown Breckenridge.

Amazing place to spend a night or three at the bottom of one of my all-time favorite scenic by ways!
