This home is even better than the photos!!The layout is particularly great and offers lots of space for gathering, a quiet moment alone inside or on one of the decks overlooking the beautiful Colorado views. Favorite features: high ceilings, comfortable beds with quality bedding, the primary bedroom and en-suite bath with soaking tub, great family room, gas fireplace for the chilly mornings. Close enough to town and amenities but in the mountains so you get the full Colorado mountain experience. Large garage parking, laundry and fun games are bonus features. We will be back!!

Quiet neighborhood. Peaceful surroundings. Great home base for what we were doing... RMNP and RedRocks, being the biggest reasons for our visit.

I’ve stayed in this building multiple times. This was a great little unit for 1-2 people. Great walkability and lots a terrific restaurants! It’s definitely my “go to” location when I want to stay in LoHi

This is a wonderful studio apartment. It was quiet. The neighborhood is terrific with lots of shops, gyms, bars, and restaurants. Our hosts were remarkably responsive. It all made for a delightful weekend. We will certainly be back.

Overall adequate, but did not seem on par with the price we paid (close to $1000/night). The top level was borderline unlivable due to the heat and the upper floor AC not making an impact up there. There was also an issue with the upper floor AC not working for almost 24 hours (when it was over 100 outside). The management company stated they were waiting for a callback from a technician but in my opinion that should have been grounds for an emergency call to get it resolved. We followed their instructions and left it off for hours but it did not work that day. The location is nice, but at night the direct neighborhood (especially the area around the 7-11) is sketchy. The home also had what looked like black dog hair on all the white comforters in the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

We rent a place at Flathead for our family every summer. We have family that live on the lake and this condo happens to be right down the street from them so we really enjoyed being able to walk back and forth. The condo is exactly as pictured and is very clean and very quiet. There were 6 adults staying in the condo for the week and we had plenty of room to spread out. The condo has everything you would need for a long stay and is decorated so that it’s comfortable but you don’t feel like you are staying in someone else’s house. We would definitely choose this place for our summer stay again.

This is a great house in my favorite neighborhood in Denver. My crew loved the outdoor space and the walkability of the neighborhood. So many great restaurants within a few blocks. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Definitely on my list to check for on my next trip. Highly recommend.

Great area of shops and restaurants as well as excellent access to the light rail. Condo was quiet, convenient with a nice layout. Kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. We had a fantastic stay in Olde Town Arvada and enjoyed the vibrant and lively atmosphere.

This home had plenty of room for our group. Lots of separate areas for us to spread out. The top floor stayed warm even with the air conditioning on. The other levels were nice and cool. We brought groceries with us and there was no pantry storage so if you’re planning to cook a lot you should know that going in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed with a wonderful soaking tub in the primary suite. There were times where the home WI-FI was spotty and took time to connect on the bottom floor. Be ready for lots of stairs. This is a good location if you’re headed to Coors Field and want to be in a funky arts district. This is a new and modern home on a street with other new places as well as some run down buildings too. It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the look of the room, and the bed was comfortable. It has a very homey feel. Street parking was perfect. Host was not only responsive but checked in several times. Checkout was easy! Loved Denver as a whole - Curtis park club might see us again :).
