Great location, close to town, groceries, 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Safe and clean with parking.

My wife and I wanted a relaxing getaway while on our trip to Colorado. It was really nice being close to the water and trails. The house was perfect and very quiet! Close to a lot it attractions and other mountain towns but was always nice to get away from the daily bustle. Will be back for sure. BTW, can't beat being that close to fishing!

Clean and comfortable. Lots of room for our group of 9. Easy to get to and close to all the activities to do in the Arnold's Park area.

Beautiful! Everything was great, the parking garage is a plus if you have a car. Beds were super comfortable! You can hear the traffic noise sometimes but there is a sound machine provided that helps. Overall, highly recommend!

The location was excellent! It was clean and furnished well without clutter! The bed, however, was uncomfortable. It is a Murphy bed and does not allow tall people to sleep in a vertical position due to our feet hanging off the bed. We had to sleep in it horizontally to allow our feet to stay on the bed; however, when sleeping in this position, one person had to sleep on a slant. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

This place was perfect for us. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. My only issue was dirty dishes, all of them. You wanted to wash them before you used them. They were covered with grease. There isn't a window covering in the living room. Fine because it looks at the stream just would be nice especially if a female was traveling alone. We didn't use the hot tub or any of the other things. Very nice to have a hot tub attached to each unit. So quiet we didn't hear any road noise. Leave the window open to listen to the stream all night, that's heavenly.

Great stay near the lake!

Amazing area. Within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the Coors field. The place was private and not connected to the other rooms which I appreciated. Felt super safe. Exactly as described. Will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Denver :)

Very responsive over text, and the listing was exactly as described. My family really enjoyed our stay here! With a larger group, it was so nice having different spaces for everyone to either spend time or retreat into a quiet space. It’s a 5 min drive from a grocery store, and the kitchen had all the basics needed. So glad we did not have a whole list of things to clean before checkout! We truly had an effortless stay!
