We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, and having the beautiful park right across the street was a huge bonus. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Definitely pay attention to the listing regarding the stairs and the garage—a compact car is a must, and there are quite a few stairs.

Our only suggestions for improvement are related to safety. The metal shelf attached to the stairway wall on the main level is at about eye level and blends into the wall, making it difficult to notice. Unfortunately, two people in our group hit their heads on it pretty hard. Also, the pendant lights above the kitchen island hang quite low, so taller guests may want to be careful.

Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to others looking for a well-located and comfortable place to stay.

Perfect place for exploring Olde Town Arvada, Red Rocks, Boulder all the way up to Loveland Pass and Frisco. Impeccable home and service!!

Overall, we had a good stay! Communication with Jake and Pamela was seamless they don’t spam you with unnecessary messages, but whenever we reached out, their responses were immediate and very helpful. The only minor bump was that the parking agreement was sent at the very last minute, which could easily be overlooked, but thankfully we filled it out in time without any issues.
The place itself is functional and comfortable, though it could definitely use a few updates. Don't expect luxury, as the furniture and dining area show some noticeable wear and tear, but everything is clean and completely usable. A quick heads-up: there wasn't an iron, which felt like a basic essential for us. On the positive side, the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with everything you need to cook, including a great variety of complimentary spices. They also left a lovely bag of delicious coffee, which was a very thoughtful touch that we really appreciated!

Beautiful place, lovely neighborhood. My only disappointment was that they didn't have a fully refundable option for say up to one month before rental date, (even 2 weeks would be nice). That was my fault for not seeing this when I booked 3 months in advance, but when I did notice it, I was surprised that someone in the hospitality business would be so strict. It was partial refund only once booked. I would pay close attention to that if you are considering renting here.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was not effortless however as most street parking was either 2 or 3 hours only from 8am to 8 pm.

This place was awesome !! My kiddos wife and I can’t wait to come back here !!

Nice, spacious home, great location and easy to find!

This was a wonderful place to stay for my son and myself. A beautifully restored older building with lots of room to gather, eat, read- both inside and outside. As it was half a mile from Coors field, we walked and didn’t have to worry about parking. We enjoyed the comfy bed, beautifully redone bathroom, well-decorated room and restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Would gladly return!

This property was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked. The living/dining area accommodated everyone. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the host extending our stay for an extra night at the last minute.

The place was cute. Pictures represent space well. Very walkable to restaurants and bars. Garage is a bit of a pain to get in and out of, as you have to get out of you car use the fob to enter a door then go into garage open garage door then go back to you car to drive in.

My family of multiple generations had an amazing stay in Denver while we were there for a wedding! The house was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable! We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet, private setting with easy parking and close proximity to groceries and restaurants. The house had everything g we needed and more - the pool table was a hit!! We loved Stanley Marketplace and Nana’s Dumplings especially. The host was proactive and responded immediately to questions. Thank you!!
