The place is nice and very centrally located for many things; the price is a bit high considering how basic and empty it feels (not very cozy), but we still had a very pleasant night. Keep in mind that you don't have access to the building's parking; you have to look for street parking, and since it's a busy area, it's hard to find a spot and there are many zones with a two-hour parking limit. But it's a nice place.

We had a wonderful stay at 1777 Larimer! The location couldn’t have been better—we were able to walk to Union Station, great restaurants, shopping, and many of the places we wanted to visit. It was the perfect home base for exploring both Denver and nearby Boulder.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped in, and we especially appreciated having secure parking and access to the building’s amenities. Everything was exactly as described, and communication throughout our stay was easy and responsive.

Just book here. You won’t be regret!!

Great place, super clean! The best AC in any hotel ever!!!!

We had a nice stay at Curtis Park Club. The room was just as pictured and very clean; easy to find and get inside and had breakfast places and restaurants within walking distance. It seems as though no one is actually onsite for the extra TLC the place would use. While the outdoor space is nice, the table outside our room was broken and dirty and the upstairs umbrella broken. There were ashtrays completely full of used cigarettes in both areas. The hairdryer in our room did not work and, unfortunately, by the time I discovered it, it was too late to contact anyone as we had plans. Luckily I had brought my own curling brush. The batteries in the AC controller were dead, and again we didn’t realize it until late our 2nd night. There were also no glasses, plates or cutlery in the room or available, which was surprising to me as they have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The place was nice, priced reasonably, and fine for 2 nights but I probably would not stay longer.

Great place, would visit again! But a little hard to locate parking and the building itself when you arrive.

The House floor plan worked wonderfully for our family of 9. It’s a Beautiful House. Our only complaint was the AC. We were gone from the house during the daytime. The upstairs bedrooms were very warm at night. The owner did provide tower fans for each bedroom but we were very uncomfortable. Also the upstairs bedrooms did not have room darkening shades so the Sunrise flooded the rooms with light. My son checked the AC and found signs of Freon issues and coils that needed cleaning. We alerted the owners to get it checked.

Our stay was great. The cabin was clean, the space was comfortable and the host easy to communicate with. The location is close to Red Rocks, Evergreen and Golden.

We rented a car but honestly we could have walked since it’s close to downtown Denver. Just watch the front step as you walk to house. Thank you for hosting us!

Great location near Downtown and near the Broncos Stadium. It is nice to have a parking spot in the garage. DO NOT expect to park in the garage with a full size truck. It won't work. If you park on the street don't expect to have a spot when you return. That was the only downfall to this property. Had to walk over a mile to park if you cant fit in the garage or find a spot in the property vicinity.

From booking to checkout the communication and the process was outstanding. The property was perfect. We wanted riverside for access to fishing and the view. We had a great view from the deck and unit. Outstanding experience, overall.
