We had a great time it is beautiful !!!!

Overall, this was a pretty cool place to stay! Check-in/check out time feels a tad early, but maybe that’s my fault for wishing I could be here longer. The sauna and hot tub were nice, although the hot tub could have been maintained a bit better for a cleaner feel (the bubbles that came out were black, so we turned jets off). We also had dirty bedding that we didn’t notice until we were headed to bed (lipstick stains, food stains, stains on pillows, etc.), and overall felt like cleaning was rushed. Aside from the cleanliness, the place was pretty well maintained for the most part and served as a nice getaway.

We enjoyed the house especially the kitchen as we cooked and had our kids for dinner! Lots of appliances and spices and proper cookware!

This property was amazing! When I come back to Denver, I will only stay here.

A very comfortable place that was great to relax and rest. Very clean and very useful to have a wager and dryer available for use.

We really enjoyed staying here. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious with a great walk-in closet in the Master. Close to Sloan’s Lake which we walked around most mornings. The residence was centrally located to meet other family members, attend a concert at Red Rocks and hike mountains in Golden. It was easy to go downtown and the football stadium is probably within walking distance. Air conditioning worked great during one of the hottest weeks in Denver. We highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here when we return to Denver in the future.

The house was very spacious for our group. We could also walk to a number of food options which was great.

Communication was great. Check in/out process was straightforward. The location was less remote than the pictures suggested.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out were both easy and seamless. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and convenient, and communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

During a rare heat wave I was so glad I booked this air conditioned unit. We liked being so close to downtown and other destinations, also within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The balcony was great for sitting outdoors in the mornings and evenings. I'd stay here again.

Good location, well stocked kitchen, thin walls but overall very nice decor. Comms fast but not so fast to act ( needed pans and access to outdoor furniture and had to wait over a week - I.e half way through our stay. Had to clean kitchen ourselves (sticky floors and grimy handles) as promised cleaning personnel never came. Towels and sheets were very nice.

The place was very clean and cozy. The only complaint I had was due to the house being closed up before we got there the house was nearly 90 degrees F when we arrived. We opened up the windows and closed the blinds and it did cool off once the sun set but the first couple hours were not pleasant. Once we were able to open the windows at night and closed them during the day the place was very pleasant.

The views were beautiful and the cabin made us feel at home very welcoming

This house is part of a duplex, but there were no noise issues between units. The check-in was seamless in the house was spotless. It had all of the amenities that we would want while renting. It did get a little hot in the house, but it was 90 degrees all weekend… An anomaly for steamboat. The Pickleball court was a complete hit. Plenty of parking for three large vehicles. The views were magnificent. Lots of stairs would be the only drawback if you have trouble walking.
