Excellent location, nice quiet spot but easy access to a major highway and a great mountain pass. Clean A Frame, clean bathrooms, plenty to do if you just want to relax for the evening. Good base camp for activities on the Front and Mosquito Ranges!
It’s in a good part of town, easy to access anything you need. Currently some construction but nothing terrible, still very easy to navigate. Any and all questions I had were answered within 15-30 minutes with impeccable clarity.

Positive:
I liked the clean safe feel of the motel. it was well kept updated and very well put together. I did notice the neighbor hood was a little on the rough side. But i felt good about the entire stay and would go back.
Negative:
I wasn't clear on the coffee and breakfast arrangements from the material in the room it seemed like it wasn't included at all. Then I confirmed at least the coffee was included. Maybe some happy medium there.
Beautiful condo. We have rented this condo over the years. It’s the best location. Great communication. Easy check-in.
Great location for downtown activities Check in was easy, Apt is well maintained with everything you need. I would book here again.
Perfect place close to flathead lake! Lots to do in the surrounding area and always felt great coming back to relax at the end of the day. The open living room/kitchen area worked great for us and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Great communication from the host as well!
Colfax is on the come up and places like La Vista spotlight that change.

Great location with lots of shopping, dining, a weekend farmers market, and live music close by. The check in videos were very helpful and the garage parking was so nice. I understood why they call it “effortless stay” when we didn’t have a long list of things to do before checkout.
Location was great, near by stores, coffee shops,and restaurants.
It served as a perfect t middle location from anywhere we needed to be in and outside of Denver.
Easy to communicate. Place was as listed. Worked well for our group of 8 men.

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Only one problem and it’s really not that bad, no a/c. The evening cooled down so it was fine.

Beautiful place, surrounded by wildlife yet just a short drive into town. Perfect for my family & the grandkids! The owner went above & beyond as far as towels & sheets & comfort items.. would 10/10 recommend

Great views and very spacious.
Everything about this place is great except for the karaoke bar directly above the unit. It is extremely loud in the unit. If you like to go to bed before 10 this is not your place. To their credit they shut down promptly at 10, but we had an early flight and had not planned to stay up that late.
