Amazing apartment. Suited us for the space required. Unfortunately the aircon was not working and in the middle of the heatwave we struggled. They did have fans which we utilised. The owners were great with communication on the issue and did offer alternatives for moving to another accommodation or partial refund. Just waiting on the partial refund which will be resolved with airbnb.

The "River Condo," as we playfully nicknamed it, was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The location is steps away from the Blue River making falling asleep to the sounds of the rippling water pure joy. The town of Silverthorne was quaint and full of a variety of restaurants and shops. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could've stayed longer!

Lost Fork was one of my absolute favorite bnbs. Everything was very clean, including the community amenities. Comfy bed, and beautiful river views from inside the bnb. Loved the beached area next to the saunas and river, it made it very easy to jump in and out of both.
My only issue was there were no screens on the bnb windows. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night, which was unfortunate, as it was the only source of cool air. If they throw some screens on the windows it will be 100% perfect!

Super cute updated retro-style motel. Very convenient and everything about it was great! Love the coffee shop/bar and rooftop seating area! The booking, check in, check-out and overall stay was fabulous. I will definitely recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Denver!

The place we had booked was very small and no views. It was described or pics looked like lots of light coming in and open. But it wasn’t. Plus it had some gas smell although they moved us to different apt right away that was really nice of them. There was a leak in our neighbors apt they fixed it in middle of the night so our sleep was disturbed by it then they left very noisy fan outside our apt. So couldn’t sleep properly for two nights. They said they will comp us for two nights 40% but I haven’t received it yet. It’s been one week. Now they haven’t answered when I inquired. So let’s see if we get anything or not.

It was nice! the cold plunge area was more like dipping your feet in rather than getting fully submerged. It was really lovely to sleep to the sound of the creek. Not the most ideal creek access for exploring with the dog at the air bnb; but we explored up the road to find that for him. Lots of beautiful flowers. Could use more towels and blankets; we used the pull out bed.

Pretty, modern, well located....but there are some caveats!

Positive:
Pretty apartment, well stocked kitchen with spices and coffee supplied. Very walkable.

Negative:
Bed uncomfortable, quite hard. The sideways orientation of the Murphy bed meant there was no headboard, so pillows drop off. Also, your sleeping partner has to crawl over you to exit the bed.

The lockbox makes no sense to me although I tried! There are two lock codes, one on the door and one for a box on the wall. I couldn't open the wall-mounted lock box and gave up. Presumably it contained a physical key for the deadbolt.

Finally, there are 19 steps up with no landing. This was scary with luggage. It is mentioned on the apartment's inside instructions but I don't recall seeing it when deciding on the booking (it may have been, but if so it was discreet. )This should probably be more prominently mentioned because if you're elderly or traveling heavy, it's pretty challenging and a safety issue.

Location is GREAT!! Easy walk downtown. Super close to our favorite Golden restaurant. Thai Gold. Super close to grocery as well. Can really walk anywhere & everywhere downtown. It is as pictured a studio apartment. The bed was probably the only disappointment with this stay - but a comfortable bed is important. It is as pictured, a Murphy bed - but horizontal rather than vertical. So one side is against the wall - but the bigger complaint is what could be described as a large hole - sunken area in the mattress. Surprised this wasn’t mentioned in prior reviews. A new mattress would be an easy fix and would be worthy then of 5 star review

The townhouse was clean and as described. Communications with the management company were seamless. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping, hikes and a short drive from downtown Golden.

Positive:
Great central location. Loved the decor; they did a great job on the restoration, and it was very clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Wifi and AC worked great. The on-site coffee/cocktail bar and patio area were nice. While it is on a busy (Colfax) street, the rooms were quiet. The whole area is walkable - so easy to get out and walk in any direction through tree-lined streets.

Perfect spot for our long weekend. Convienently located, clean, bright, and wonderful air conditioning for those hot days. Check-in instructions were clear and host was very communicative. Great stay!

It is such a beautiful spot and felt safe for being downtown. Our room was great - #7 the Smith. It felt private. This is a no-human hotel which worked for us, only bummer was there was no filtered water or coffee at the water and coffee station. Otherwise it was great. We’d definitely stay here, especially if you need a spot for a group with private rooms.
