What an incredible treasure of an AirBnB! It was so clean, had so much space for a 1 bedroom apartment, and had an incredible view of Downtown Denver. It was easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It even had a great Chinese place in the building! The building is very safe and well maintained, and it had some great character. They were also able to accommodate us very quickly as our original AirBnB had no AC during the Denver heatwave! This place had a Nest for the AC, and it was HEAVEN!

Loved our stay! We picked this location for how close it was to shops and restaurants in Breckenridge as well as hiking areas. We even had a fox that frequent the Airbnb and witnessed it catching a chipmunk for breakfast. The area was really quiet. We stayed with my 18 month old and appreciated that there were baby gates available to keep her from going up and down the stairs on her own. Our first night was a bit hot but we followed the host’s recommendations for the rest of our stay and had no problem going further. The airbnb has everything you need and is so beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice.

Location was excellent. Hotel and restaurant next door clean, welcoming and friendly .
Condo overall clean and equipped with necessities. Only negative it could have a better outside sitting area. Hopefully that’s in the works. Great view and lake access .

Excellent accommodation if you’re traveling with your family.

The house was well decorated. Good location. The advertisement says no central air, we just happened to come when it was unseasonably warm which made sleeping upstairs uncomfortable. Other than that it went well. Would be a very cozy property in fall and winter

Great location and setup having en suite bathrooms

There is no active on-site management, but they did respond when questions arose via text. Room was generally clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit slippery. No water cups available in the room so plan ahead. Soaps provided were not of good quality in shower. Shades in room had sizeable openings, if someone was motivated to look in on you they could see in, but I was just was thoughtful about where I stood to change at night. The exterior of the building needs some attention and repairs for breaking bricks and a ramp that seems rotted out, I believe the owners are now aware and should be fixing it. The property is not super secured, gate easily opens to anyone to reach through. While there is a code to your door, the room locks seem weak. Area is close to action yet very quiet. Overall the stay was good. I would consider it in the future.

It was a great place to stay, and was within walking/scootering distance of lots of awesome Denver locales.

I really liked the design of the motel room. Check in was super easy despite us arriving late in the night, and the coffee shop had great coffee!

Enjoyed this pleasantly furnished home , all the necessary do-dads were there for sharing meals we made or leftovers . Neighbors were welcoming and friendly which you always wonder if your intervening in the norm of a neighborhood . Loved that each day permitted a nice walk to a local park before heading out for the day . All in all a wonderful stay !

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Saw deer on the property daily. The master bedroom was awesome.
