Great location,modern,clean and simple apartment,perfect for a family summer trip in Denver.
We absolutely recommended this !

We enjoyed our stay in Denver at this property. It was very close to things we wanted to go to, not within walking distance, but close. If you’re doing anything at the stadium, this is an ideal location. The apartment was well appointed and perfect for our needs.

The area is exceptionally close to the stadium. Perfect for concert or ball games, parking is a little tricky. There are offered parking spots, but it is extremely tight, fit small cars only. We did not have any problem with street parking, but I could see during busy events. It could be an issue.

Beautiful cabin on the river. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The best part, however, was outside the cabin. Sitting in the chairs or on the hot tub, listening to the sound of the water rolling by in Geneva Creek was so relaxing!

We loved our stay. Convenient jumping off point for Red Rocks, white water rafting, Mt Blue Sky, and more. The kitchen is well stocked, the back deck is a wonderful spot for morning coffee, and we even enjoyed a fun movie night. Our group would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely time! Kitchen and baths were generously stocked, and we had all the room we needed to enjoy privacy when needed. The outdoor spaces were fabulous, with the river sounds, and trees all around. We even saw a black bear crossing the street and nosing around the neighbors’ driveway. A red fox was visiting early one morning as well!

I feel like the first guy who found gold in Colorado. This place is going to pop off before too long! Honored to be the first guests in A Frame #2! Book it immediately! It truly was a little slice of heaven. Easy drive out there from Denver on 285. Right along a beautiful little creek that our dog got to splash around in. A frame was simple, but perfect. Great amenities on-site. Hosts were awesome. Met the owner - incredibly nice, friendly guy! Got some of the best sleep of my life with the window cracked listening to the creek, then woke up to the sunlight naturally, made some coffee (that was provided, free) and enjoyed a cup with my wifey out in the adirondacks behind our A-frame on the creek. The place felt safe, private, and nostalgic - like summer camp from when I was a kid. I can’t wait to come back and bring our friends - this place deserves SIX stars.

We got in late at night but it was easy to find and there was available parking in the lot up parking lot in front of the hotel. It was a very nice place to stay, quiet and peaceful

Clean and private location. Very artistic with multiple spots in the home to enjoy the City and mountain views.

This place was a perfect weekend getaway for us! Very peaceful and cozy!

It was nice, cozy and comfortable. We ended up getting in late and “quiet time” started about an hour later so we didn’t get much time in the hot tub since you can’t be in there during “quiet time”.

Absolutely fantastic space that will be our first choice the next time we’re in Denver. Clean, safe, and spacious enough for our family of 5. And it’s conveniently located minutes from a Target and a Starbucks!

This place was perfect for our group. While on the small side for a larger group we were out adventuring during the day so this made a great place to come back and relax after at a great price. The kitchen is very well stocked. They communicated with us very well. I communicated and asked early about bringing our pups in which they were welcomed. However, the extra fee per dog after being on property did feel excessive as this is very clearly a rental place. I do expect to pay extra fees for pets but it was quite high per dog.

Billy was a great host and the house was very clean. He was very responsive and helpful and the house was just as he had said.

Positive:
Great place with a tremendous view of the lake. Apartment was very clean, spotless, and included all the amenities and furnishing. The interior decor was nice and enjoyable. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything one might need. It was a great experience for us, totally recommend this apartment, everything was to the point and excellent. The hosts have great communication and promplty answered some inquiries I had. We appreciated our stay at this place.

Negative:
10am check out is early, it should not be anytime earlier than 12pm.

Great location

Lovely spacious apartment in a great neighbourhood. We’d recommend trying ‘Little Man ice cream’ which is walkable! Would recommend.

Positive:
We had more than ample room to rest, gather and be alone if need be! Very spacious & clean! Able to rest well in our quiet spots and had more than enough covers, sheets and bedding to rest well! We mainly ate out most of the time but had many utensils, plates and cookware to make our own meals! Very beautiful older home with the needed amenities of washer, dryer, microwave and ironing board & iron! We felt safe there and talked with some of the neighbors when we had the chance!

Negative:
Downstairs bathroom tub was very awkward in showering since you had to use the removable roped handle to spray yourself to get wet and cleanse the soap off of your body! Sometimes causing water spillage out into the shower room!

We stayed at the property for the second time, and again we truly enjoyed everything about it! The house had everything and more needed for a one week stay. Its location is an absolute plus with downtown, restaurants and great places in walking distance.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It is literally so cute, comfortable, and quiet. The property is beautiful and well kept. Thank you! I’ll be back!

Great place and location. Walking distance to almost all of RiNO. Definitely going to stay there again the next time I'm in Denver.
